Does anyone have the fossilizers with their legends figures? Dinos can be much bigger than vehicles so I feel like they might work well together but don't have any fossilizers to try it with.

 

I be got all 3 of them on pre order for my legends display. They will be a good evil dinobots teams.

Cliff looks good! I still prefer the IF look but i am not that attaached to g1/too aesthetic

 

They look awesome, also they used magnets on cliffs skiis, awesome they took advantage of the metal pins.

Takara. That's why I put comparison pics next to g1 hybrid convoy who you can see next to the other primes and smaller than the rest.He's the short one on the far right. Galaxy version base mode is the same height. When combined he's bigger, as it should be, but tiny without the armor.

They released this years before legends became a thing. Only two figures ever came out of the line. I always hoped for more and that hope was realized when 3rd party legends became a thing.

 

3P legend has come a long way. that armoured up combined mode looks like a young girl playing dress up with her mom's oversized brassiere and knee high boots, and wearing granny's panties.  

 

It's not 3rd party it's official.

It's an undersized die cast version of the Cybertron Optimus figure, with improved articulation.

The one on the left is their attempt at the same but with G1 Optimus, not as good as the Right one.

What's everyones thoughts on zeta toys legends Arielbots their bringing out? On a well known Ebay sellers site he says there 12cm? Would you say that's a little big along side what we already have in the way of Stunticons from magic square?

 

It also says that Superion is going to be only 9.06" which is bonkers, tiny. Zeta has figured out mass shifting in real life.

Edit: Disregard. For some reason I thought my other Legends combiners were wayyy bigger than 9".

 

If accurate, then yes, these would be much too big for me. 12 cm to the top of the head (I presume) would be noticably taller than MS Optimus Prime.

 

I got them both preordered over at Show.Z because I like the design of MP Zeta Superion a lot, and so I hope this Legends version will end up looking just as nice.
12cm for the single bots doesn't sound too odd to me, as I believe they measured that size at the tip of the nose cones, which extend a fair bit over the top of their heads.
What concerns me the most is indeed the opposite...

... and I mean this.
23cm for Superion sounds a little too short to me. Even after rearranging my Legends into 3 different displays - so I don't really care about MST Menasor and Devastator towering over him, as they will stand in their own Decepticon shelf - I'm not sure the combined bot will look 100% right, even next to Magic Square Autobots. Not a deal-breaking issue anyway... Worst case scenario, he will get along nicely with my NewAge figures.
