    Thanks!

Mine should be delivered this Thursday. I still haven't decided if I prefer to display him combined or keep the bots separated to make use of the less restricted articulations. Anyway, I think I'll enjoy playing with it, despite not being as sofisticated as the Pose+ Baikanfu.

After spending a bit of time with Gordian it feels bit underwhelming considering the effort Bandai had put into Dairugger XV and Golion. If Bandai had put the same love and level of engineering into this it would have been the ultimate Gordian. Sadly it is not. The engineering and design is basically the same as SOC Baikanfu. In a way it’s step back since the two smaller bots are so light and lack diecast. I am still glad that it was made and that another modern version exists, aside from CM’s.

Gordian has always been one of my favorites since I had the Godaikin as a kid. I played with it so much until it broke. Maybe Artstorm/Action toy/Pose+ will make a Gordian since Artstorm did released an ES version of it. Until than, it’ll just have to look good on the self.

Some Pics with the gang. Someone had ask about the forward moving of the legs. It can go pass 90 degrees and it’s only restricted by the armor.

Yeah, for that reason I don't play with the CM's much. It just needs to look good on the self.

Yeah I am a big CMS fan, horrifying QC and design issues aside, their Gordian still looks better to me.

Thanks for the pics and info. Could I ask - is the leg/hip motion to the side just limited by the body armour? I’m just worried that the mechanism looks like you probs can’t get the leg diagonally outward for a deep pose.

Also, does can the torso armour at the hips lift up, a bit like a hip skirt to allow the leg to go up or does it have to be fully up like in the picture?

It appears to be limited by the armor. However, I can't confirm that because it stops at the armor.

It does lift up. There are multiple points where it snaps together. However, it will break up the sculpt.

    Here’s what I mean.

The hip armor can't really flip up like skirt armor, but you can kind of cheat for pictures if you wanted. It's a little bit unstable if you unpeg the hip armor though.

    Looks OK from the front:

I'd probably put the odds of another Mazinger as GX-100 at 2:1. LOL!

I really hope I'm wrong though, because that would be ultra boring, at least for me.

It's always Mazinger. Lol! I do hope it is something different and none of the ones mentioned above.

I'd actually be down for either Daimos DX or Shogun. And maybe even a new Raideen, which has been neglected for quite some time now.

Well it's GX-100 so it won't be a DX of any kind. I want a Bismarck or a Bio Robo. Definitely never a Mazinger or Mazinger related (or even Getter related) but I feel it's leaning to that.

Looking tempting now. Even though I would have preferred an update of Getter Dragon along the lines of the D.C. 70+ period.

I would definitely be up for a Bio-Man or Dynaman myself.

    Good point.

I'd be down for Dynaman (EDIT: pardon me, Dynarobo - I blame my old Godaikin for throwing me off all these years) or Bio Robo too, but I think #100 is going to be a celebration of their #1 guy...literally.

I’ll take a redone DC Maz but with much better poseability exceeding that of GX-45
