do they do replacements for box damage?

 

My last Pulse order for different figures was just like this. The shipping box was way too big with just a couple of those little air pillows haphazardly tossed in so of course the figures banged into each other the whole way and arrived beat up. I know Hasbro has been big on battle damage for WFC figures but I don't need matching battle damage on the boxes too. If this was a general retailer like Walmart I'd be disappointed but I'd understand it more. I expect Pulse to package stuff with more care and not send out figures with box cutter damage.

 

Kinda bullshit if that’s the case. We here make up a small fraction of collectors. Premium members should be given a heads up about this so they can maybe plan ahead. Somebody at work won’t get much benefit from a “look what’s available right now” email.

There wasn't even any indication this would include Transformers at all. I just kept re-reading it wondering if they were actually trying to market anything beyond stoking FOMO. I'll be honest, I'm kinda f***ing sick of that approach. S*** or get off the pot. Do you have something I want or not? Vague hints and innuendo aren't worth $50.

 

It wouldn't hurt to email them and see what they say.

 

Not sure. It probably would've cost me more to ship it back than it was worth to bother looking into it so I never checked. Never hurts to contact them, though. Plus since your package is a reasonable size if you had to pay to ship it back it wouldn't cost a lot. That's assuming you had to pay to send it back at all. I'd check with them to see if you can get a new one.

 

Yup, it's exactly what I would've expected picking it up from a store, not from a company that ships things to people on a regular basis. Honestly, the only saving grace in it all was that they sent me two Scorponoks when I only ordered one. I'm also thankful both bots were undamaged other than the boxes being messed up.

 

It might be more practical to return it to a Walmart and purchase a new one. Walmart will put it on the shelves and sell it to someone like me that doesn't keep that part of the box.

Regardless of how you choose to get another, I would still complain to Pulse so they can avoid these errors in the future. (Whether or not they actually listen is another matter.)

That's what I did. I wasn't getting any pulse emails about upcoming events after I re-upped for premium. I have been getting them steadily now. Think it's just a glitch.

 

Anyone have any idea if the Quintesson Pit has been delayed?
When I PO'd it said 3-29-2021, but now the product page says 6-(08 or 18)-2021.

 

The only thing that would make a $50 membership worth it to me is if this "epic" thing is dirge and ramjet.
....I'm betting that won't be the case.
