Same. I still have my number, but it went from a definite delivery date to pending since the 13th. Even worse, I live in CA, just a few hours away from Chino. All of the people I know in CA who ordered theirs received them. Any others in CA in the same boat? Just curious.

 

This is 100% what I felt when I opened mine. I sat there with it going, "wtf am I suppose to do with this?! None of the spots I had in mind are going to work". And then I though I might just have to store it in the box for a while, but the box wont fit through the door of the closet I was going to put it in. So it's just sitting on the floor while I try to figure out what I'm going to do lol.

 

I don't care for Unicron anymore - waste of fuqn time and alot of money.

n__n I spent almost no time with my wife this weekend and I suppose this is how she feels. No worries though. Considering how big unicron is, I can always pack my things and move right in!

 

I’m in LA. No tracking number from FedEx and not a peep from Hasbro.

 

Not strictly relevant to Unicron, but because it was a HasbroPulse order shipped by FedEx, I'll add my experience here.

I ordered the Selects Cassettes back in August (I think that was the 2nd pre-order period). It was slated to ship around a month ago, but finally did so only on March 10th (according to FedEx), with a then-scheduled delivery date of Saturday March 13th. Tracking says that it got to Chicago, IL by Friday March 12th... then had a new date (indicating an actual scan of the package), still in Chicago, every single day (sometimes twice a day) until the following Wednesday (March 17th), at which point the notice changed to "Shipment exception, Weather delay" (I did a check on the Weather sites, and could find no indication of unusual weather in the Chicago area that should have caused a problem). Then nothing at all until Saturday, March 20th, by which point it was already in California, and it arrived to me later that day (a week after it was supposed to).

I doubt it did anything, but I did send a message to HasbroPulse asking for information on Friday, March 19th. Probably more correlation than causation, though.

May your Unicron shippings be less fraught.

 

Just note that weather exceptions are not necessarily an issue in the local area, but travelling across states. There was a snow storm that passed Colorado last week.

Good to know, but I hardly consider that an excuse, since it could have been shipped through other cities.

 

My daughter dragged this in off of our porch this morning.

She asked me, "What kind of toy is this that it's in a box this big?" I said "Honey, it's not a toy it's a planet." She replies "Oh ok, that makes sense."

 

Yep. Exactly what happened to mine. Made it from CA to PA in four days, and has spent the last three days making 60 mile hops across PA.

 

I haven't received sh!t. I checked Hasbro Pulse and all it says is unfulfilled. I live a few cities away, too. I could easily go and pick it up from Chino.

 

No offense but The people whining about not having a shipment yet despite being haslab direct backers. Are starting to sound a bit entitled with "how unfair it is, the campaign was for Americans first"


Calm down we will all get our Unicron in time. Honestly I'm amazed he still got released after last year

 

The boyfriend's Unicron showed up today. My porch is small, so it took up the whole thing. I look forward to seeing my cats' reactions when we unbox it.

 

What do you do with the box? Does the styrofoam collapse?

 

Nope not an excuse, but just making sure we don't go a rabbit hole. Stuff happens.

Man, FedEx sucks. My shipment made it all the way to Kennesaw GA by Saturday (I’m in GA), and I was given a delivery date of today. Makes sense. Well, it is still sitting “In Transit” since Saturday, with no beloved “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” update. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow, but Kennesaw is not even my hub, so no telling as of yet.
