For now we do not have options for upgrade packing since upgrade packing will affect the final shipping method drastically so we do not have a good method to do so.(We sold too many pcs for each figure so it's much harder for us to add this option comparing to small stores)
We will consider adding this option during late 2021 or eariler 2022

Are the Unique Toys UT-Y03 Sworder, the DX9 D06 Carry, and DX9 D08 Gewalt still being released? If so, any idea of when? I wanted to check in on these since both Unique Toys and DX9 are pretty much over at this point.

 

Does anyone know if show.z is starting to ship from a US location, or ships popular items from a US location? I ordered a te-03 and it’s starting location is Illinois.

Does anyone else have a package that's shipped from ShowZ that seems stuck or hasn't moved in a while? I ordered some of the other three Newage Seekers from them since they still had Sunstorm in late February, they shipped, and the last update was "Airline departure" in China on the 3rd, no update on the USPS side. I think I'm still within the expected window, but usually packages of mine don't take this long (I haven't experienced anything like this since stuff disappeared into a bottleneck in Shanghai last year and took a couple months to finally show up). I don't know if there's any port slowdowns on the west coast, but I also ordered some stuff from a different Chinese seller around the same time as my ShowZ order and those showed up after a couple weeks.

 

If someone has a return to showz, showz list it for sale in that country i.e (us only) and then that person ships it to the buyer, that's probably what your looking at.

 

It's likely a case where someone received that but it was the wrong figure. Instead of having them send it back, they'll just ask them to hold onto it and forward it to whomever buys it off Show.Z's site. It's still as guaranteed as any normal purchase from them directly in case there's anything wrong.

@ShowZStore I noticed someone else mentioned Gigapower a few posts ago. Do you know if they are being more active as of late. I reached out to their customer service email well over a month or more ago now in regards to a inquiry about parts replacement, and it's been crickets in my inbox Was wondering if you might know if they are back at it, and I should perhaps try to contact them again? Thanks.

 

If more than 3-5 days go by, reach out to them again immediately. That's my rule of thumb.
