Spotted a headless HasLab Unicron at my apartment this afternoon. Guess whoever packed it left out Bag E by mistake. Talk about a letdown!

Masonic Target in San Francisco had 6 SS Grimlocks and a lone Warpath.

He received a $600 figure completely missing his head.

I mean, if we wanna be precise, I received a $629.62 figure completely missing his head.

 

I'm sorry... ugh. Just ugh.

 

Thanks! I just really hope Hasbro makes right on this because it's the sort of thing that would probably poison my interest in the whole brand. It's literally the biggest purchase they could burn me on.

I just picked up mine...barely fit in the front seat of the car...had to roll the window down to get it to fit...and it was lightly raining!

 

Got my Unicron today as well. Transformed him once and got a good workout. It's much easier with two people though.

I'm sorry, friend. Perhaps you can somehow finesse customer support for an extra head to display in orbit.

 

Hope you hear from them soon. I know someone else got a replacement ring sent to them so I think a head should be doable.

 

Thanks, guys! It's after hours now, so Customer Service can't give me any solid answers until a manager comes in tomorrow. I sent them a ton of pics though, as requested, so fingers crossed they're cool about it. The woman I spoke with said I was the first to report a problem with Unicron, which isn't all that surprising given how few people have received them. Anywho, I'll post an update once I hear something.

Not much point in transforming mine at the moment, but I did get him all set up in planet mode and am really thrilled with him overall -- I mean, except for the lack of a head, obviously.

Seeing these pictures, he has such presence and looks glorious. I wasn't able to bite, it was sort of a combination of wow that might be the largest purchase for a collection I would make and the other part was where the f**k would I put that?!

 

I thought this was a "sightings" thread. Not a "how-my-Unicron-arrived" thread.

That is a big ouch, I really hope they take care of you and get you that head otherwise that is one expensive planet.

If you haven't noticed over the course of this past year this has crossed over from just sightings to a California community sightings group sprinkled with the occasional banter and such.
