Anyone in New England get a shipping notice yet? I’m in Maine and have yet to get my notice. I’ve got the impatient itch! I know I know, in waves, soon, blah blah. It’s my wallet eater and I need it now lol.

Got a shipping notice and if says it'll be here Monday on the FedEx site, delivery guy will probably think it's some fancy decoration or something

 

No shipping email yet but Fedex says label created with expected ship date 3/10. That's odd but explains the roll out of deliveries.

 

Hopefully that's not the case! My friend thought he had no emails but didn't realize they were coming from an address other than he expected ( haslab vs hasbro vs pulse) so he missed them. Maybe you can check again?

Tracking says Monday. Looks like I'll need to take a "sick day" so I can sign for him!

 

You should email or better yet call pulse customer service. Would definitely do this to make sure the order isn't somehow messed up.

 

Something similar happened to me. Apparently checked out as a guest / didn't have a Hasbro Pulse account, which you need in order to verify your shipping info. I emailed Hasbro Pulse support and they set up an account for me. (And my Unicron allegedly arrives Friday!)

 

Definitely call. I’ve had limited success dealing with them via email but I called them recently to update my address and it was an extremely quick and painless call as far as those things go.

For those who have received your package, Did the FedEx tracking page update with package progression?

My current tracking has estimated delivery by end of day today, but the status only shows Label Created.

 

My tracking has three way points after Chino showing.

 

I'm in CT. I got the notice from Pulse late last night, but the tracking still says label created and delivery date pending.

 

I saw the notification last night and started laughing maniacally

 

No shipping for me yet. Hopefully today or tomorrow.

Thanks guys! Just called them and he said my order is still in good standing, so I’m assuming they’re just swamped. He mentioned I (and anybody else still waiting for an update) should get a notification hopefully by the end of the week/early next week once it finally ships.

I was a little nervous because I still don’t even have a “label created” update, but if somebody got theirs last night I just need to be patient  

 

Nothing for me yet. I have my tracking number but it hasnt been given to Fedex yet. Was hoping it would be sooner considering I was one of the first hundred orders.

 

I haven't received anything directly from Hasbro, but FedEx's delivery manager shows that a label was created as of 3/8. My order was scheduled for delivery on last Saturday, but has been pending since then.
