Link doesn’t appear to work, but Toy Shiz on Instagram has a sighting for Kingdom Wave 2 Deluxe, found in a CA Target.

I figured these must be out as they started popping up on Mercari for $40 a piece. Local store shows they got a case of deluxes in but nothing on the shelves and the scalpers will be waiting by the time they open in the morning

Shame I haven't seen wave 1 voyagers yet. Saw Megatron once and Core wave 1 once! What's going on with distribution? Usually wave 1 stuff floods shelves.

I see wave 1 deluxes all the time. Only saw voyagers once and never saw leader in stores. I've only seen studio series 86 deluxes and Voyagers once and no leader . I almost miss the days when wave one clogged shelves. Lol

And why does it only seem to be transformers that are desolate. The rest of the toy isles always seem packed.

Yea, I think the movie figures were over-bought by the stores and they were left with a bunch of stock. Now they buy less than will sell out. Ill bet Covid is making things a little worse too.

that’s not how it works. If stores are sitting on a heavy amount of inventory of any brand then they just won’t order toys at all. I’m a vendor and I’ve said this story before but I’ll say it again i handle Walmart’s, targets and others and if theyre sitting on huge amounts of stuff they won’t order for a while. I literally heard a manager tel his employees “don’t order anymore toys until we get through some of the pallets of Nerf” and good god stores are packed in their back rooms with nerf.

thing to remember is the employees don’t know most the stuff is they stock. When Netflix wave two was hitting I asked the store I’m at every day for work if they got any transformers in. The employee just shrugged and said “I have no idea we have 14 pallets of toys in the back if you wanna go back and look you can we know you”

I know people wanna blame hasbro for poor disruption but we gotta remember they want to sell their new stuff. It really comes down to the retailers and what they have on hand of anything honestly

How do you know your store got a case in? All of the finder services are blocked.

Doubt it. Stores in my area have nothing movie related - it’s just Netflix Wheeljack and Cyberverse, or Buzzworthy and Cyberverse. Oh, and one core Optimus Prime.

I\'m thinking I\'ll probably never see most of Kingdom and ss86. So far for Kingdom I\'ve only seen Primal and the Bony T-Rex Guy. All I\'ve seen for SS86 is Grimlock and that was probably just luck from being there shortly after it was put out. There were many Earth Rise figures I never saw.

I don\'t collect much anymore but I do enjoy browsing the shelves. There\'s many Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series figures that I\'ve never seen and now TF is becoming the same way. This is not necessarily a bad thing since the occasional new item I do happen to see tells me that TF, ML & SW all seem to sell well in my area. For the new Masters of the Universe line I\'ve seen probably 50 each of He-Man and Skeletor along with a single Zodak. I think that line is probably going to end up being DOA due to the case packing even though the other characters are selling.

From what I've seen it seems like TF is one of the best selling lines in the boys toys section. It's also one of the few sections that I see adults perusing looking for gifts. Any kids I see tend to be looking at the Beyblade type stuff or gaming stuff that has codes in it. Occasionally the small stuff for Jurassic Park.
