Aftermarket price or not, It just doesn’t feel right communally talking about how you plan on upcharging fellow collectors. You do you, but seems scummy to be openly scheming about this?

Amen to that. The fact that this thing even exists in spite of COVID seems miraculous to me. As a literal giant toy, it seems like something a company like Hasbro could have refunded or put on the back burner. But that didn’t even end up happening. Not only did we get Unicron, we got him on time. Crazy world.

 

Ive gotten the Hasbro emails but still don't have a tracking number even though the email said I "may" have gotten one. Where are these tracking numbers being sent? I dont see anything on my hasbro pulse account. just that the order is still "unfulfilled"

 

I got him a few days ago, anyone waiting I’d suggest please watch primevsprimes excellent video showing how to properly attach the stand I was scratching my head for awhile as the instructions just don’t have that included even though it’s a must!

Other than that and the needing to paint the bottom teeth it’s everything I ever wanted as with most of this line.

I’m very said for story based trilogy lines to be ending and going back to what might be random figures from everywhere.

 

The email from Hasbro itself answers that question.... when it actually ships you will receive an email that it has. Labels are being printed off thats it. Nothing has shipped yet.

Any fellow collector that wants to pay aftermarket price is making that decision themselves, they also all had the opportunity to get him for the original price as well. This was a made to order item so if somone can sell it for 1500-2000 then more power to them. No ones forced to pay those after market prices

 

Agreed. This much is true. Again, if someone can sell it for $1500-2000 then power to them, but openly engaging in conversation of "hmm should i upcharge 3.5x or even more? *hand rubbing*" I think is in poor taste. Simply because it is a personal decision that does not need to be openly discussed. If it's not my business to be telling someone what they should do with their shit, then why even ask the question. And If one DOES publicly ask, why then rebuke the opinion?... just do it.

What would the positive response to that question be? "yeah fuck em. Paint the teeth and charge $3000. Lol"

I try not to judge, but don't put me on the spot and expect me to agree. I'm not going to tell you not to do it, but I'm not going to tell you you're doing great. lol

I mean I get where you’re coming from but this is a public forum to discuss transformers so who are you to say what can and can’t be discussed in here? You don’t have to agree with it but to say to it shouldn’t be discussed, you’re only speaking for yourself. Again I get where your overall view is coming from but it’s not illegal or corrupt to sell something you own for whatever amount you want. Especially for a non essential item such as a toy. Like you said if someone asks why rebuke it, sell it for what you want you know.
