doesnt look like anything changed. but at the same time i dont care.

Nah, don't have a 3D printer, and I didn't go so far as to properly model the screw holes and inside ribbing structure, or whatever you call the inside of each piece that you don't see. It was just fun thing that I wound up going deeper into than I thought I was going to, but not as far as being ready for someone to produce (without effort on their part.)

That in hand photo might still be the original iteration. Really hope they’re not going to model the underside of the tank treads, it really messes up the jet wings and really isn’t necessary.

 

tank looks great, but not digging bot and jet. they don't look so good.   maybe if they fix the torso on the bot i'd consider this.

 

If you change your mind and want to flesh one out, let me know. I have a printer and would love to give it a try.

 

MS gave us new updates about Octane.....still no news on this blitzwing

On the Weibo page of Mechanic Toys they showed pictures of Octane so I think Octane will be coming out before Blitzwing. Clever move on their part.

Anyways, look forward to some actual updates on this figure. The Legends stuff has been a bit stale lately.

 

That makes sense. The prototype pictures of their Octane came out well before pictures of their Blitzwing. I'm pretty sure Octane was in production before Blitzwing.

 

Not always but it's considered bad form to bump a thread that hasn't seen activity in a while with a request/hope for news. People subscribe to threads hoping for updates and it's frustrating to get that alert and then go check it and it's just a stupid question that is already answered because, if there were news and anybody reading the thread knew it, they would've already posted it.
