I'm sorry you're going through that. You're not alone, though. I bought some PC/networking hardware from them (Prime, no less) and they shipped it UPSN (which I've never heard of, it's apparently an offshoot of UPS SurePost...) instead of Amazon Logistics, it was supposed to be here Sunday. I called, the lady was very nice (I asked for the US helpdesk.) She said her screen says Logistics, mine says UPSN and "We do not have tracking information at this time, please contact your shipper for more information" and she said they must've handed it over at the last minute and changed their minds on how it was going to ship. No one actually knows where it is.

If it doesn't come tomorrow, they can help me order another set. She also gave me a $5.00 credit. (yay...) It's stupid, it shouldn't come to this, y'know?

I'm bummed about botropolis but considering everything went fine with my core cast exclusives I'm definitely not gonna cry over it. I DO still want one though.

 

Yup, I saw this. Good to see the price go down after sitting above MSRP for so long. Too bad he's also on backorder for '1 to 2 months'- when I went to try ordering him last night he was estimated for April

Considering like it totally sounds like the fuck up is all on their end, they should have given more than just a refund.

And somehow the model kit a friend ordered from Japan Saturday arrived today for him, and my order, which took almost a week process isn't due before Saturday. I'm starting to think Amazon doesn't like me.

Appreciate the kind words, y'all! I've had some similar stuff happen to me before - tried to buy a cheapo push lawn mower around this time last year when I moved into my new place (since I finally had a house I had to do the landscaping on myself  ), and basically the same thing happened where it was given to some other logistics company and then vanished into the ether.

As much as I love my Micromasters I can't say this set was the HUGEST priority for me, so I'm happy to wait for Pulse or someone to cough it up. I guess I should be grateful that my luck ran out here, and not with someone like the Prowl/Ironhide set.
