So, really excited for the last episode of Wandavision. Hopefully it'll be one of the better ones!

 

1st week in April now being confirmed, As you can probably guess this is down to the hassle caused by the difference in colour of some components and a battering of Hasbros helpdesk system in the USA

 

I don’t know which one of you is responsible for me looking for an IDW styled Fort Max but *shakes fist* I am.

1. Cyberverse Deluxes are full of character! I kinda want Rodimus too as he's so much fun in the show, and Bee for the same reason. Cheetor to complete the Kid Appeal Character Crew would have been neat too. Of course what I really wanted was Windblade but they seem to have thought the Warrior would do and for a while she had to squat in a corner on a different shelf as the other Windblades wouldn't talk to her.
2. Mine has a tiny dot of paint on her upper lip, I'm not fixing that either as it can be a mole, my mate's got one there so now I have a voodoo doll of her (or at least that's what I'll tell her next time she comes over).
3. Turben is ace and you should buy him. I don't have the Strika they made, but I did own the Roadbuster version of the mold and if she's as good as he is (don't see why she wouldn't be) then she'd be a great war buddy for Whirl...
4. @Napalm 's mouth is like the TARDIS, but with more shelves. Stretching down into unseen depths, rising above to unguessed heights. There's whole toylines in there, still minty as the day they went in.

Glad you like him! I actually like his look better than his bigfoot cousin too, plus he has the most 80s name.

It was worth it, top shots! Yes easy to say it was worth it when I wasn't the one freezing my undies off but still get to see the pics. That's part of what made me think it was worth it!  

He has a long commute and by the time he gets home the shops have all shut.

I ran to the site (metaphorically) but when I got there Magnus' cupboard was bare! So I nabbed BW Megatron (I know I said I didn't need him, that was before quite so many lovely Thredizens posted quite so many lovely pics) and Inferno (because Inferno). Naturally I now blame you.

They didn't make a Diaclone Ironhide when I was collecting Masterpiece, but WFC is more devious by far and now I must own one.

2. It's been decades since Snapdragon first rocked the best name in Transformers, time for his country cousins to make it to the capitol! They'd also better have flower names starting with an "S", to show that they're both triple-changer-type Dinobots (whatever Snapdragon tells the 'cons he is, we all know the truth) and not the leader (Grimlock might not want a flower name).

That's making me want Nero Rex, because I know you thought the same thing when you saw him.

    that's precisely what I thought when I saw them! Also poor Smeagol, he got what he wanted but it didn't stay on his shelf AHEM finger for long!   <-- looks more like a mutant sheep than a taco, which is what I presume it's meant to be....

 

Nothing against you, but I think that Pulse customer service is a different set of people than Pulse packing people, so how did this affect the figure? Did they actually change the colour of the maw and teeth or is this just Hasbro's excuse?

 

Thanks for the messages and good vibes, folks. Gonna be honest, not doing much better today, but I have some emotional support robots on the way, thanks to @Siege Fan pointing out that GNT had Kup and Blurr on sale, and the fact that they have one of those spread the cost type payment thingies.

Turns out leaving Molotow for, what? Two? Three years? THEN clear coating it just makes it POP!
And I think I have a solution to Rotorstorm's new Turbine Blasters hot pink-tipping!
Hopefully without the 2-3 year bit!

I'm so pissed I don't have the money for the Monsterbots. I love those lads!

 

Alpha Trion seems to have gone to the same staff shop as Sauron and Raistlin.  

 

That is a shame. The Monsterbots are some of my favourite toys from the Prime Wars trilogy.

 

They're great, and it really bothers me that two of them are hard to get hold of, while the other one can still be found in smaller toy shops.

 

So, uh, yeah, deffo give Molotow pink metallic plenty of curing time before top coating, You can get a weird rust orange separation happen going over fresh (you can just see some in the inside edge of the barrel in the third of these pics - I tidied the outsides up with some further Molotow-ing, and did the insides after shooting these to give this quick PSA).

Damn! £70 for the Monsterbots? Why couldn't I bring my cheap self to get the Monsterbots from ID a year ago when they were a slightly more reasonable £60?

 

Was seriously tempted to splurge on the monster bots then remembered I have no shelf space (for now) and I don’t know how many hundreds of Pounds of Transformers on pre-order.

Got my oldest son into the ‘86 movie.

Son: “What colour will he go?
Me: “Grey.”
Son: “He’ll go grey.”
Other son: “Taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!”

 

At least Grotusque and Repugnus are in a 2-pack this time, I remember the mad scramble online to get them when they were released individually. Not fun, especially Grotusque.
