Partner Exclusives – Hasbro Pulse

An interesting development has occurred on Hasbro Pulse with their now being a pager for "Partner Exclusives." Here we have our first taste of this with Walmart's Transformers RED being available on Hasbro Pulse. Could this be where other past exclusives go?

 

Walmart just cancelled the wave two pre-orders I placed from over a month ago.

 

I believe @wreckgar39 did mention that this would happen in the leak squad thread. Here’s to hoping Netflix Wave 2, the Amazon exclusives and Thrust make it on there soon.

 

I'm all for it. Walmart is the absolute pit of hell when it comes to PO's, and not just fire and brimstone, we're talking sadistic Clive Barker-esque levels. Target and Amazon are more like a toss between a mild hell and purgatory.

 

Anybody's Arcee shipped? Mine has not. 3/2 was the ship date according to the product listing.  

 

If this is a precursor of things to come, I'm all for it. Between Marvel Legends, Black Series and now RED, Walmart exclusives have always been the bane of my existence. Maybe now I won't have to resort to eBay scalpers 75% of the time.

That really sucks. Mine have been in since September, so I hope they avoid cancellation but I have zero faith in that company lol.

I canceled a single Arcee and placed a new preorder for Arcee and Cheetor on 10/17. It now says "preparing order" but I'm uncertain if it said that all along.

 

Holy scrap. Walmart actually shipped my preorder. I guess maybe just the first batch went out?

No movement, I pre-ordered 10/29.

 

I preordered literally day 1, I think like 9/30. I was so used to Walmart preorders selling out in minutes.

 

Hopefully they got a big production run for their .com and they are just working their way down the pre-orders.

Holy fuck, mine also actually shipped. So from what I am seeing, the people who originally preordered are most likely getting theres.

 

Yeah. I was surprised about the preorders lasting that long, so maybe they figured out the ordering situation. It seems like people who ordered within this year might be getting theirs cancelled but I'm not sure.

What's weird is that it never charged my bank account or sent me an email about shipment. But apparently it's being delivered tomorrow. So I'm not sure what's going on.

 

So what I think what happened is for the people who ordered before the price hike will most likely get it, but the ones who got it after probably won't because I think the system got bugged after that.

Ahaha they cancelled my preorder for Arcee. I preorder’d the day they went up. I also preorder’d Soundwave and nemesis during the random 3 am restocks, and I even woke my mom up to place the order. They cancelled it all. Ahaha pain

But than again, I am not surprised, Wal-Mart has been a shitshow since day one. I don't think Hasbro will use them again for exclusives, at least they better not.

 

Arcee and Cheetor just shipped for me today.

 

Cheetor and Arcee just arrived, making this the single least painful experience I've ever had with a Walmart preorder. I wish the same was true for everyone else, but fingers crossed WM comes through eventually.
