This is yet another reason why I won't be paying for Premium. While we don't know 100% for sure, this is the most likely reason for it, and one I'd have automatically assumed, myself. Let's go with that, for a sec... The whole point of getting a figure that's released NOW is that you want it NOW, not later on a fake delay to appease Target. (I mean, I get it. Don't piss in Target's Cheerios or they might not carry your exclusives or toys anymore...)

Pulse is so frustrating. Argh.

 

So how do you change payment methods again? I thought you could just do it order by order but I don't see an option.

I just noticed my premium membership expired as well. Still not certain if I will renew or not. But I did check my current pre-orders just to make sure they won't charge for shipping now and so far the order pages still show free standard shipping. If they do end up charging on shipping though for pre-expiration pre-orders, then I'll probably cancel and order elsewhere

 

Shipping is calculated and charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment. Period. There is no if about it. If you ordered prior to premium expiring then you got free shipping on that order.

Yes, that includes preorders. Shipping is calculated at the time of placing the order. That's why there's a section of the purchase process dedicated to shipping method and cost.

 

Jetfire finally arrived., been looking forward to getting this guy since I started collecting again. Great size and detail. once I ship Omega Supreme from bbts I should be mostly caught upwith Siege.

I was charged for the studio 86 deluxe figures but still waiting on a shipping confirmation from Hasbro... maybe the ship out tomorrow.

Do we have reason to believe that the Earthrise Prowl/Ironhide Amazon exclusive will make it to Pulse as well? I know I'm not the only one that missed them and the secondary market prices are beyond absurd. (I do have my preorder in for Ratchet/Lifeline, but it's been sitting since December. Amazon's customer service assured me it'll be filled when they get stock, but I'm dreading the possibility that it'll get cancelled on me....)
