Iron Factory doesn't do re-runs and Starscream's popular and older, which is why I guess he's priced so high on the aftermarket. If you keep searching ebay you might get a deal, I was able to pick one up for 75 USD but a lot of em are mad expensive. ;(
Definitely, particularly for people who came late to the game and want to get all the seekers. I mean, the later figures do come in great decos, but they're still secondary (or even tertiary!) characters and most folks still want the originals. Plus, an unopened box is technically 2 figures, if someone already has the ghost starscream limbs from the other seekers sets.
if u have a dealer from China, try contacting them to see if they can get you a version. Honk kong options cost more as thats where stuff goes out, it just the final destination. the local dealers have direct contact with the factories at times, besides, why bother with the middle man?
