I had no idea, honestly. The shelf tag was normal pricing and there was no sign advertising a deal anywhere. I actually thought about putting one of them back just because I've been working on spending less in general and those $20 figures add up quick. Glad I changed my mind!

I've seen so few Joes on the shelves that I stopped actively looking months ago. Even cancelled all of my preorders since those can't even be relied upon any longer. This was just "right place, right time" situation!

 

Well I got my pre orders for Zartan and the Cobra infantry troopers. Both from GameStop.com and BBTS.

Me either but I stopped at Walgreens yesterday and they had a lone redeco Roadblock on the shelf.

 

I haven't seen a single GI Joe Classified figure on ANY shelves ANYWHERE; I guess you can say Hasbro's attempt at reviving the GI Joe brand was a success?   Stopped by a random Walgreens while out of town seeing if I can get a second Cobra Trooper to flank CC when the other comes from BBTS, nada, nothing.

Meanwhile I'm over hearing tempted by an Amazon listing for the 3.75" Agent Helix at 35 some dollars to keep on card. But part of me also wants to see if I can find her somewhere else hopefully cheaper, I hope we see her in Classified. I never played the game but I do plan on reading some of the comics staring her to learn more, I just love her design for some reason.
