What I've come up with is Queen Elizabeth II is similar Starscream because they're both immortal.

Honestly, whenever I see Springer or hear his name, I wince with extreme pain because he reminds me too much of this guy (even the green idiot's human form reminds me of a brown-haired, blue-eyed version of this guy sans ponytail):
