May I ask what exactly were you talking about? I thought at first these were packed wrong but in closer inspection I found what looked like evidence of them being repacked
It's gotta be the same a-hole doing it everywhere. The problem is.....this messes up store inventory. So the store thinks they have these figures in stock. No one buys them.....and they don't order new. And you know this guy must be buying these other figures on clearance or something
Should show those to the manager of the store and explain whats happening. Maybe they can stop it eventually.

Nice! When I used to manage a toys r us express, we were on top of scams all the time. It as a pet peeve of mine. It should be a manner of looking at a picture of the damn thing that's being returned to make sure it's the same thing
I agree with you, are used to work loss prevention for several stores including Toys “R” Us along time ago, but at the same time I can understand why not all the employees would recognize the figures since so many boxes look the same And this guy seems pretty daring There were at least five of the hot rod boxes all with grapple inside of them And at least three of the jazz box with wheeljack inside They were lined up so neatly that I really suspect it at first that they were Miss packed by Hasbro.......But then I found the earth rise Starscream in Trust box and Snapdragon in kingdom Cyclonus Box and I knew There was no way they were that many missed packed figures across several different lines I’ll tell you the guy did fantastic work with the repack
It’s swapped returns. Someone bought 1 figure and returned the box with a different figure to get the money back.
The Chili store has a major problem with its customer quality. The Ghostbusters toys at that store have the same issue. Someone bought all the figures, removed the dog parts, and returned just the figures.

That I know I just didn’t see your last conversation about it so I thought maybe you were from around here and had experienced the same thing at the same store I don’t visit that store as often as I do some of the others in Rochester
