Maybe a transparent black layer in your editing software?

 

I use paint.

 

So, paint still exist? Considering that, there are zero reasons to complain about the results, not that i would've done that anyway...  

 

MS Paint 3D still has transparency capabilities and is free.
I used to play on it at work. You can do way more than standard paint.

 

Twist on an old classic

 

I've got two of my three most anticipated figures from Kingdom on the way to me soon, Dinobot and Megatron. Really stoked to have some new BW stuff after all these years.

 

GIMP - GNU Image Manipulation Program

Get a couple LED flashlights to light your toys with, too. You can do more to match the BG plate than using the camera flash.

Maybe I should just reveal all my bad lighting pictures first before moving to the good ones. I only have a few more left.

 

As long as they involve bw toys in movie scenes and stuff like that, i'll be happy no matter what's the quality 

 

If you are wondering, if I create a rough draft/rough sketch, I use MS Paint. If I want something a bit more complete or just want to trace something to create a template, I use paint.net. paint.net is a program which is essentially Photoshop Lite. It is about as simple as MS Paint, with the ability to use Photoshop-styled layers. In some of my attempts at Digibashing, I attempted to use GIMP. But, due to my lack of experience with even Photoshop, my digibashes are very crude.

Though, one of my biggest surprises is that the Korean Safety Board hasn't leaked any figures yet

Are Dinobot’s (dino) wrists on a ball joint? Is it possible a third party might create replacements?

 

With all these Dino memes I can't believe no one has recreated this with a Megatron Stop Motion.

Yes they are, and i hope so. I'm gonna customize one of my two copies anyway.

I don't know what that is but i wanna see it with Megs.

 

Now if only we could get a third party making Dino Rider saddles for Dinobot/Megatron.
