    once you pull his body up a bit for the gap it should just press right in and click on. it is more of a pressure fit but it does stay on securely.

    Anyone who own this figure or any version mold ? Do the combine head (the big head for the combine mode) have the same ball joint size as the figure's head ?
    Like, if i want to pull the head off ( from the chest combine part) and replace the small head. can it fit ?

    Sorry man, I said it did but remembered wrong. Sold my version a while ago so my memory is hazy. Armored mode head does have a bigger socket, but not much so it works on regular body with a piece of paper inbetween as spacer. This is what it looks like:
