I did that when i bought my Ares. I've lost a hand in these years but he's still my favorite, and with the add-ons i bought he looks even cooler:
    IMG_20200823_164230.jpg

Not as cool as the new CT one but still cool enough.

If they do with this Volcanicus something at least comparable with this old and outdated (yet cool as hell) design i will jump on it faster than my cat on a laser dot.
If, of course, i will have enough money left from the new Kingdom beast wars.

I meant it as a reply to AtomicTofu’s comment about the dinobots being smaller based on that artwork. :lol

    Sorry should’ve been clearer!

Their weibo have no mention of this, all their latest posts and forwards are reviews and photoshoots of their Divebomb.

I, for one, do not think those are the designs they’ll be doing.

Reminds me alot of the Fansproject Dinobots. Me LIKEY!

I'll hope the seventh member is Slash then :D  Make her transforms into a battle axe/ sword for the combiner or something.

They look like early design sketches? The unpainted sketches are messy, but the colored ones did reveal that Sludge is basically carrying both hands for the combiner as giant fist shields, but that's just like, 1 out of 5 different takes.

I'll take a bunch of Dinobots in this style and Cang Toys size.

I'm... um, whelmed? Hasn't changed my interest level, up or down. Just..."OK, paying attention" while still holding Shuraking... and a couple of the FP dinos.

I like what I'm seeing here so far. Dinobots in Zoid/Horizon Zero Dawn style, oh yessss please. Of course this is just concept arts so I expect lots of changes before we see the 1st render and prototype of the figure. I look forward to getting this team as well!!!

Must mean that CT is already finished designing the Predacons seeing that their working already on the dinobots which is a good sign.

I feel like I've seen those sketches before - well and truly before even Thunderking was announced. But I can't place it, so maybe I'm just mis-remembering things. Either way I'm not entirely convinced these are concept sketches of what we should expect.

Still... if they are, then I'm curious. Not convinced, but curious.

I think that is what they are: concepts. Just to give an idea on how it looks to the people interested. I think we will see more images, renders and whatnot when Thunderking is (nearly) finished. Still, they look very nice; if they go this route I'm all for it.

Taking into acount how their Predaking is looking so far, those initial sketches look really good for the dino's.
And with how well the big Size off the predacons has been received i'd doubt they would make the dinobots smaller.
But let's wait and see, it's probably in the design stages, if and when the first renders come out, we can always push to upscale them in a petition, if they are making them smaller.

Also it would be nice for a change, to not read through 10+ posts off hate towards the figures, Cang Toy's designs so far are hyper stylized, don't like it? Too bad and go buy Shuraking or stick to your Gigapower bots.
Constructive critism is fine but reading through post after post off entitlet whinging and G1 glorification is getting tiresome. Especially when we all know that this set more then likely will not adhere to G1 stylization.
