I know Brian has said he wants to make characters that dont have figures already, I'm really hoping we get some of the Marvel characters that Hasbro has the rights to. Even a Staxus or Rack n' Ruin. Maybe we will get one or two action masters per wave. Doing IDW characters is significant.

 

Xaaron would be brilliant. The scale is about MP esque as well.

 

Given the scarcity of their vintage G1 toys, I think Metalhawk and Grand Maximus Pretender shells would be great. I'm not much of a Super 7 fan but I'd buy those in a heartbeat.

 

Has any one asked Super7 about doing figures of Transformers-universe human characters? With Marvel and Hasbro otherwise working nicely together, maybe now's the time to see about a Circuit Breaker figure.

 

Marvel specifically owns her (as with Death's Head) so that's not likely something they'd share with another toy company.

I made it a point toy say how well Marvel and Hasbro were working together in my question. Your response suggests I don't know that Marvel owns Circuit Breaker.

I can't express enough how much I want an action figure sub-line of just the human characters from Masterforce in their Pretender shells and Headmaster/Powermaster suits.

I know its obvious, but I love that they're clarifying the first two Action Masters are...Action Masters in the Wave 1 listings. Tracks gives me pause though, I hope even if its a G1-toon Tracks they work in his Action Masters partner Basher (or they at least plan to retool this figure as Action Masters Tracks+Basher down the line).

I'm in for G2 Megs because G2. Bludgeon is a good indicator that Pretenders are on the table so I'll be grabbing him too. Also in for Tarn since we still don't have a Generations figure of him. Alligatorcon...I really hope is the G1 Prime gator from City of Steel instead of the recently-done-in-Earthrise-Allicon.

 

I’ll probably check out Bludgeon, but I’m pretty disappointed that we won’t be getting more Action Masters until at least wave 4. Kinda feels like they’re dropping the ball when most responses to the wave 1 reveal was “holy f*ck Banzai-Tron?!”

Also Hasbro can you just make a damn transforming toy of Tarn? You obviously want to.

Conflicting emotions.

Bludgeon is cool. I'll probably buy him. BUT... he just gets done SO OFTEN. Like literally ANY other Pretender would have been worlds more exciting to me.

I'd kill for Cloudburst, Waverider, Bombburst or Skullgrin

I'll take it though, especially if he's on model to the G1 shell as Banzaitron.

The others I'll need to see, but I'm not that interested in these of characters that are supposed to TF.

I'm feeling the same way honestly.

I mean, I'm glad They'll be making Pretenders for those that want them, but I was really hoping to see at least one more Actionmaster by wave 3.

 

Hmmmmm I was kinda hoping to only spend around $110 on non transforming transformers, but now I'm probably up to 220, maybe 330

Bludgeon and Tarn interest me, but as with Banzaitron, can't justify that much for a 7-inch figure. I have a feeling that there will be shared engineering between Grimlock and the PR T-rex zord.
