No, However they are supposed to bend, if you can tell, in the middle their is a square and the is supposed to allow you to fold it up, however it requires a pin which I don't know where to get them so I just put a toothpick and crazy glued it together.

Thanks, but I didn't mean the wings folding themselves. I meant the position of the wings in both modes. It looks like they are attached to the main body in different spots in robot mode compared to alt mode.

 

Its the combiner wars sky dive mold, part of the transformation involves moving the hands in a hinge up and down.

 

Uh, right   Haven't had this figures in my hands for years now.

I got them and the head from shapeways.

 

I'm pretty sure those are SteamShield's wings/head, from Minor/Repaint: - IDW Needlenose from Combiner Wars Skydive [Shapeways] and available on Shapeways.

The G1 toy / Marvel comics colors here are a great contrast to the more IDW look that SteamShield went with.
