I do worry about the box office of this movie. As dumb as it sounds, at the end of the day sports cars and jet planes are more exciting to the average Joe than cheetahs and gorillas are. Especially realistically-sized ones that will presumably be about the size of humans. There's definitely some marketability with stuff like Megatron as a T-Rex (everyone loves dinosaurs), but I am concerned that the overall idea will be too weird and different for audience members who have become accustomed to the idea of Transformers being sports cars and jets. I am hoping the Bumblebee sequel will release first, and help build up a bit more goodwill before jumping into the weirder stuff.

 

I suspect they're just repeating the title from the Illuminerdy and other sites.

Illuminerdy is a poor source, I'd be shocked if this was genuine.

 

I still think something is off here, but apparently Production Weekly is a legit production call list magazine and don't just say stuff willy nilly, so *shrug*

 

What the hell kind of movie title is this? It sounds like some shit that would be a good name for a poorly made Transformers stop-motion on Youtube. This is only the working title, right?

Also, it makes me wonder if the supposed plot leak was true. If true, then that means this film is about a heist. If it is about a heist, what would even be stolen? Probably another damn MacGuffin for Christ's sake.

From the title, it would sound as if they are introducing Beast Wars into this film. Wouldn't it be awful early to do such a thing with this being the supposed first ensemble film in the new universe? Moreover, it begs the question... will Maximals and Predacons actually be physically present in this film, or is this a setup for future installments? Also, wasn't Beast Wars going to get a whole film of its own? All of this is very odd...

 

Ah. I get that.
The globe-trotting would eat up a huge chunk of the budget and that money would be better spent on ensuring the Beast Wars characters get to be of equal importance to the humans.

 

I think a Beastwars movie should be R because the Transformations should be somewhat grizzly in live action...

 

You underestimate how appealing CGI animals can be to kids.

Especially if they talk.

Barbearian is too obscure for general audiences. Just stick with Polar Claw.

I also never found the Terminator even remotely scary.

 

I'm referring to the specific part when Terminator is tearing off pieces of skin. It would be like that mixed with a warewolf transformation

a movie with both characters from the Bumblebee movie and new beast wars like characters hence the name alliance.

I think it'd be best to do CGI Transformer movies direct to streaming like DC comic cartoon movies. I only liked the completely animated bits from Bumblebee. Get Paul Dini back to work and let's catch up with the Beast Wars/Beast Machines crew after that weird unity ending.

 

while we dont have direct confirmation all the info points to the latter, we know the bw film was being written by james vanderbilt while a movie set sometime after the events of bumblebee is being written by joby harold which is confirmed to be this film, technically since beast wars for the next film hasn't been confirmed it's possible the movie focuses on dinobots or something

i think evangelion is the best example of technorganic transformations that would be fitting for beastwars

 

So if they film in South America, I think it would be for "Past" scenes. Like this place yells prehistoric times:
