The headmasters seem to be REALLLLYYYY slow in getting out. Think they’ll be up online too?

 

Well like the few times it happened with Amazon and eBay it's quite simple when you don't get the package in question. I honestly don't care who's fault it is. Either send me my package this lifetime or refund the payment.

If anyone needs the headmasters let me know, and I can go back down tomorrow night, I’m sure my wife will need something from Walmart tomorrow, ha! I can ship out usps for you at cost, easy peasy.

 

Wow I really dropped the ball on this one. lol I didn’t really realize how many Headmasters were released in wave 1 and I thought I got them all but apparently I’m missing Brainstorm. Saw them sitting in a cart with other random toys to be put on the shelves. I should have sifted through more thoroughly but I was convinced wave 1 only had three but it’s wave 2 that has three. Oops!

 

This might be better continued on the actual CMD store thread, but based on their response you quoted previously, I strongly doubt they’re going to be like “Oh, ok, here’s your money back.”
They’re a small business and comparing them to eBay and Amazon isn’t anywhere near even in the same ballpark.
Amazon will write it off as a loss, for CMD store, it’s more involved and probably more costly than that and they’ll likely give you store credit if anything for trying to cancel an order that from their perspective has already been fulfilled.

 

Amen! Amazon fulfills, ships and deliver most of their own goods that they sell. CMD is a small store in Quebec, by no means has the same financial stability or ability to do what you’re asking for.

that’s like you selling me BW Megatron, I pay. You ship. USPS loses it. I demand my money back from you. So you sold your means of making money, the item got lost by the shipper and through no fault of your own, I’m now demanding my money back. Let’s see how fast you pay me when it wasn’t your fault that it was lost.

something like this doesn’t belong on a sightings thread. Especially for how this is being dragged out, but the self entitlement that people have is beyond crazy. I’m sorry that your package was lost, reach out to CMD and see what they will do. But having unrealistic expectations based on Amazon is a little far fetched. You have a right to be annoyed, but work with the retailer. Who you should be mad at is USPS and the failure of a postal system we have in this country.

I honestly didn't know this would become the CMD Advocates of America thread. I only bought this up because at this point if I do spot Grimlock and Kup while on my hunt for Jazz at retail I'll simply grab those and and dispute CMD via my bank and stop doing business there either way.

 

Yeah a bunch of paint app changes, and they have the animation accurate heads.

 

Seems like someone snapped up all the Joe's. Tons of headmaster remain. Someone was looking at kup not sure if he bought anything.

Harleysville Wal-Mart had all the Netflix 2 deluxe. One bee one impactor, several of each other. One hot rod too.

 

Wilkes-Barre Walmart-

No TFs, almost empty figure aisle but did pick up a Death Metal Batman figure. 2 more left for those interested.

I feel like I find every thing but Transformers when I go out looking for Transformers with the only exception being G.I.Joe figures. No is one finding any of those in my area.

 

Bechtelsville Walmart has 16 headmasters..
