Ray Fillet was the devil ray. Never bought him as a kid since he looked too superheroey to me. Which probably sounds weird, but I always thought Superhero designs didn't really have a place in TMNT as a kid.

I had Groundchuck though and would happily pick up an S7 version.

Man... that brings back memories... I basically had everything in the first two pics... 90% of the third pic... half of the fourth pic... and literally nothing from that last pic. :lol

Okay, let's see, between my brother and I we had:

Everything in the first photo except April
    Everything in the second
Everything in the third except that Donatello
Everything in the top row in the fourth, and Wyrm, Tattoo, & Sgt. Bananas in the bottom row
Just Antrax, King Lionheart, & Monty Moose from the top row in the last photo

There are plenty more figures though from the original line. We had a whole bunch more that aren't in any of those pictures.

God I hope Super 7 do toy-based Tokka, Rahzar, and Super Shredder.

This was where I stopped as a kid.
Same time I became a fan of Jordan and the bulls

I don't see any reason they wouldn't. Hoping for sooner than later, but we'll see.

How big should Ultimates Slash be? I think they need to make him larger than the turtles, simply because Tokka should be larger than the turtles and they shared the same body in the Playmates line.

Man, I missed out on too many of the figures in the 1989 Wave. I was so jealous of my neighbor who had Casey, Rat King, Metalhead, Usagi, Traag, Genghis, and Leatherhead. I only had Ace Duck, Baxter, and Krang. I got 8 of the 1990 figures to try to make up for it.

I hope we get Scumbug. He was an underrated favorite of mine. I teamed him up with Baxter.

Super 7 wave 1 on preorder at BBTS right now? Wow!

Didn't see that coming, is that a "warehouse find"?

I could definitely see them doing Slash and Tokka ...and even Rahzar since he was the same size as Tokka or slightly larger... as bigger characters after seeing what they did with Bebop and Rocksteady.

It's the variant release of wave one for those who missed out. I'm not sure what's different, but super7 said only wave one would get this reissue because I was ordered less than the other waves.

Ultimates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Action Figures, Statues, Collectibles, and More!

I recall watching an interview and he said that wave one would be rereleased to accommodate folks that missed out or slept on them but that they would have some small changes. I'm uncertain as to what kind of changes however but I'm assuming alight variations in color, paint or accessories.

Comparing them to my set of wave one figures... they look to have some minor paint differences on the figures and on the accessories. Nothing major from what I can see though just looking at the pics. The biggest one from what I can tell seems to be the grey/silver on Splinter being more pronounced on the newer version.

I think it's just the unpainted weapon racks being cast in a slightly different color. Also, Splinter has an unpainted bow thrown in where there was none before. Raph might not have the extra set of sai.

Really weird that Super7 themselves isn't selling them? And a February arrival date means they're practically here. I wonder if they're only doing it through BBTS? I'm going to order 2 more foot soldiers, but have the rest of the wave.

I’m not sure if I want to go all in on this line or not. I prefer the look of the NECA cartoon line but I’m way late getting into collecting it. Would be nice to get in on a line from wave 1 (and be able to just pre order stuff going forward). Definitely tempted...

Yeah I'm sticking with NECA myself mostly but I can't help myself with some of the core cast of Super7's offerings. I'm just mulling over a small foot army. Ugh. I already have a bunch of the NECA toon ones and I think that's sufficient. Plus the 1 per $50 would hurt.

This isn't a made-to-order pre-order. With these releasing this month, they're already made and on the boat. BBTS and other retailers put the money up to have them made.

I advise anyone who wants them to get in early as these are finite quantities, subject to selling out.

Is anyone else waiting for Wave 2 to hit Dorkside? They seem to be dead last in getting them in.

My Neca turtles collection is coming to a close. The Splinter and Baxter set is most likely my last purchase from them. I have the core cast/what I really want. However I’m extremely excited with what super7 is doing and to me the toy versions of the characters are what I’m most interested in. I have Raph, Leo, Baxter, Bebop, And Mutagen Man coming in soon. I have all the turtles plus the other mutated characters on order. I’m really excited to see where this line goes. I did put in a preorder for the foot soldier as I missed that preorder first time.
As for the variations in the new bbts listings I see some paint difference in splinters face, Raphs belt, some shading on the foot soldier.
