That's been pretty much the ongoing norm for those companies. Aesthetics have never been XTB's problem. These pics of their Menasor do look fantastic.

I wonder how much longer before US retailers start getting the trailer in. Seeing the combined mode and feedback, I'm starting to get antsy.

 

Got my accessory kit today. I was absolutely pro shells from the get-go but when I finally got the trailer, I realized that the shells really weren’t necessary. Monolith looked pretty proportional as-is but it was too late to cancel my order as the accessory pack had already shipped. After installing the shells, I can say that I like the figure better with them. They help clean up the arms a little bit and puts Monolith’s torso more in line with the Zeta combiners. I feel like Overheat is a touch too big now but still, I’m pleasantly surprised as I was concerned that I had just paid $60+ for a few new face sculpts.

 

I was kinda in the same boat. But I like the shells for the added bulk. I do think they were a last minute reactionary decision because of the Zeta/TW combiners for competition reasons. Those to me specifically changed the combiner game for 3P because of the sizing. Bruticon still the biggest by far. The extra Menasor faces were something I wanted but the rest of the accessories I could take or leave.

Anybody know what mode the limb bots and motormaster come in? I am working in reverse and just bought the accessory kit and trailer.

 

They all come in alt mode.
