I have the upgraded legs but haven't installed them. What are the improvements? I didn't ever look into it.

biggest improvement why most ppl install them is that it improves the totally awkward look when megs is fully seated. with the original legs, it looks like his legs are bent on a couple of stumps coming out if his ass. :lol

Deal did not work out for me. I didn’t have what he was looking for.

Does anybody else have Megs Blast Effects that they want to get rid of??

...and also - to me at least - visually improves the whole 'pants and upper thighs' situation, cleaning things out a little. Check it out.
I'm sorry it didn't, pal, but thank you for letting me know, I appreciate that.
I can only offer vile money, @RickyLeeSTF, also if shipping to Italy isn't gonna be a massive pain in the butt. Otherwise, no problem and I'll keep looking around too. ^_-

Anyone about to change the legs be careful on wearing out the tiny screw on the leg. It is VERY soft metal and easily worn out.

What happened there, buddy? Hopefully nothing irreversible.

I'm watching a few videos about it, and the swapping process doesn't seem difficult per se. There are two mushroom pegs that apparently require some force to be snapped out - which looks a bit dangerous to me - and 4 screws in total. Those legs kept flopping around the whole time, tho. Are they made of die-cast by any chance? They look quite heavy.

The last screw was a bad combination of tight & malleable. Trying to ‘fix’ it only made it worse:oops:  Don’t feel too safe using a drill at this size, so I’m going to try my luck with some needle nose pliers.

My replacement legs aren’t loose, but the front skirt flap is and the waist mushroom peg has a little more slack than I would like. Not a difficult process, but patience and restraint could most definitely aid you in avoiding my current predicament

The process is very easy, the only problem can be those screws are very soft with very thin heads. The mushroom pegs are no issue at all.

I have the MS Doomsday and I’m also intrigued by NA Agamemnon
Should I get him and decide who my definitive Megatron will be? I’m curious

If I had to pick one it would be agamemnon over doomsday. Currently I have 2 copies of each.

I have both. I only like NA if it had the chest extender and pelvic upgrade

I'd just say, go for it.
I started my NA collection just recently and received their Megs yesterday. 'Definitive' is very subjective: as a cartoon-aesthetics guy, I still 100% prefer MST's, but having them both side by side doesn't make me regret my purchase one bit.
I'll post some pics later on today, if you're interested to see them side by side.
Thanks for the tips pal, much appreciated. Hopefully you managed to fix everything up, in the end.

Newage Megs is my favorite Legends figure to transform. The whole process is so much fun. I'd pick him up just to fiddle with, even if you don't need him for display.

agree with @Meekutron that the leg upgrade was a must for me personally. i have both NA and MS and have not been able to decide which i prefer more to keep only one.

if i'm not mistaken, i believe it's to plug the 3 large and the 1 small longer blast effects into megatron's blaster cannon. as only the short wider one fits in without the adapter.
