Yeah, NECA mentioned it somewhere a couple weeks ago. Maybe the FwooshCast video? Basically, those two were handled more directly by Target as a one-off to guarantee they would both be available nationwide by, or at least right around, the holidays. Now it apparently goes right back to how it was all along...
Found Rat King vs. Vernon set today at a Target near where I live. And usually we're like one of the last states it seems to get stuff.
Out of curiosity, how many were on the shelf? Just want to get an approximation if these will be one per Target or more.
I’m still undecided on this set. I’m 1000% in on S7’s eventual Rat King (loved that toy as a kid and assume they’ll do him), but I also like this one. Vernon I don’t care about but could be fodder for the foot. Anyone want to sell me just their Rat King?
Tell me about it. I miss the extended gaps between the early releases when they actually came out in waves. On the other hand, they'll likely get through all the important and even semi-important characters within the next couple years if they maintain this pace. Probably want to rush through the roster in case any potential Playmates/licensing complications were to come up at some point. And now there are some eBay auctions at stupidly high prices. Like $200-$300 range... You didn't misplace your antennae for Krang's Body, did you? Not yet. With the randomness of these releases, it could go up on the site any day, or a month from now! Yeah, I haven't noticed anyone mention how many they saw in the store. Pretty curious about that. If they're already turning up in the Midwest though, they may reach the Northeast sooner than I was expecting. It would be nice if they were getting at least 6 per store.

Finally...Mutagen Man dropped...still hopeful a couple more things will drop before I have to ship. I’ve found that the best way to get something to drop into my POL is to ship it the day before...lol...
They started doing a 180-day limit last year at some point due to COVID. Trying to cut down on how much they have to ship I guess. They stopped doing it a couple of months back though. The last POL I shipped had a few things that had 180-day limits on them, but my current POL that I started in December was back to the normal 90-day limit.

I didn't. I personally don't use accessories in general so that I don't lose or break them, especially with NECA. Although, the missing antennae in my pictures has been a hot topic lately, especially in the Facebook groups so maybe I'll do pictures with it on lol
There are several eBay auctions from Long Island for the Rat King/Vernon pack...okay now I'm getting antsy. Might start looking around tomorrow. Probably a complete waste at this point, but no use fighting the paranoia!
