I sure hope so but I keep saying "I'll buy display cases for these tomorrow" so I don't know for sure.

Well, they couldn't know the quality of the figure without opening the box, which would ruin the whole mint aspect

 

The packaging grades are just for the package itself. I got a Collectors grade Takara Legends Doublecross (twinferno) because it was the only copy they still had available, and the figure inside had a minor paint mishap out of the package.

It's meant for MISB collectors and not really for people who plan on taking them out of the box.

 

anyone know when bbts will get the threezero eva 01? showz got it in stock and im wondering how long it takes for them to get overseas to US distributors so itll finally ship out. Also, this wait for cyclonus and scourge is killing me, those being the only two things in my POL means it wont ship out till april, damn.   Is there a chance they might get them earlier or am i just doomed to get my shit 57 years after everyone else does

 

Now this might cause a break in the time space continuum. I just PO'd the new Goonies POPs. I get an email from BBTS that due to my PO of Goonies items (these are my first purchase of Goonies items), I might like the Goonies POPs... Which I just PO'd.

 

Has anyone encountered this specific "declined payment" issue with Bigbadtoystore?

So, I got a notice that an order (Marvel Legends Firestar) came in today and I received an e-mail notice that my order did not go thru because my "payment was declined". I thought this was odd because I have WAY MORE than enough money in my account for this to be an issue. So I contacted Bigbadtoystore to try to resolve the declined payment issue. The representative told me that on their end, they approved the transaction, BUT my bank DECLINED the payment. I was told to contact my bank to resolve this. When I contacted my bank, they told me everything is fine on my end (my account is ok, etc.), BUT they said that the reason why the bank declined the payment was because Bigbadtoystore was flagged as a bad merchant (or something along those lines) and my bank refuses to do business with them. I found that odd, because I've been shopping with BBTS FOR YEARS, using the same payment method, but it's just now that my bank is refusing to do business with them. My bank told me that if I want to do business with BBTS, to use a different payment method not theirs.

I am completely clueless here. Any ideas/help? I know I can just use paypal or something else, but I have no idea why my bank is refusing to do business with them now after I've been using them to buy stuff from BBTS for years. I'd like to have some peace of mind over this, especially since I can't get a clear answer from anyone.

 

that is weird for sure, had no issues on my end despite my order and canceling out the wazoo with them, they never flagged them as bad or anything. Maybe someone with your bank marked them as bad recently, and that is why they won't.

 

Can you use Paypal to use your card to order through them?

 

Yeah, I can probably order thru them using my paypal account. I just wish I knew why my bank flagged them. It's just odd.

 

That is weird. I just ordered some stuff to check and nothing was declined. I had a decline once, but that was cause my card was locked for ordering with BBTS a lot and Dorkside toys seemed odd as I normally don't do that with the card, but yeah. Either something processed in a way the bank doesn't approve of, or someone falsely flagged them recently that they stand by in a stubborn way

Bigbadtoystore got back to me and told me what my problem was with the "declined payment." According to them, it has to do with the specific credit card I am using and there are other people running into similar issues. I was assured that their Payment team is currently working to resolve this. They suggested going thru Paypal since Paypal has additional security measures which shouldn't trigger the declined payment issue. So, problem solved and answer given. Kudos to Bigbadtoystore's service team for getting back to me so promptly.

 

Just went through the same thing. I was using my Visa and it cleared on their end, crashed on mine...after it went "through". Had a ton of canceled emails from them about the payment not going through and so on. Ended up going through PayPal...using the same card. lol

Shipped my loot, Studio Series 86 deluxes are sure to drop tomorrow as a result.

Transformers Beast Hunters Shockwave Laboratory Cybertron Con 2013 Figure

 

I actually got an email from them alerting me of a re-stock of that item.......yet I still can't get emails anymore when newly listed transformers items are added to the site for pre-order. <_<

 

I preordered an MMC Impetus that says it's due to be restocked this month- hopefully it hits my POL in the next couple of weeks! It cost $100, which was also the cheapest I've found it (so far anyway) so hopefully they get these in and there aren't any delays.

Also, from some of these posts: when you guys say you have a pile of loot, holy cow y'all mean it! Lol Its crazy seeing some of the pictures of mountains of TFs.  

 

I don't get Transformers notifications anymore period. Not even for Shockwave's Lab restock. But yet I ordered just ONE Jurassic Park item about 2 years ago and I get every JP email notification since then.
