Does anyone else have trouble getting RTB to load? EVERY time I click on a link, it takes forever to load.
Just ordered from here for the first time. Hands down had the best price I've currently seen for the Master Made Gin Hero with bust ($166 shipped) Haven't gotten a shipping or confirmation email. How long after ordering are orders usually shipped out? I don't mind the wait, but I am pretty excited; this will be my first Master Made purchase.
I ordered from them couple weeks ago. They were only ones who had mmc lockdown for a reasonable price. Took about a week or so to get shipping with the 2nd most expensive option. Not sure how long it will take to get here. Hope not long because they have another figure or 2 i want.
I have placed 4 orders through them. 2 since December. I’ve not had any issues so far. They respond to emails in a timely manner. Shipping can be a bit pricey depending on your location. but their figure costs seem to be a fair bit lower, so generally they offset one another.
There's usually been a quick turnaround whenever i've ordered anything but sometimes it could take 3 to 4 days if memory serves.
Looks like they are one of the few places to have recent FT figures (FT-16M, FT-30B, FT-44) in stock, probably because you can't tell whether it's in stock until you click into the figure detail, and it takes forever (relatively) to load!
I ordered a MP-41 Dinobot from them, and I got it around a week after I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless that was for my first overseas order.
One time I ordered MP Soundwave from him. It took a while before I saw an update regarding posting and sending. Reached out to him and he immediately contacted the HK post office. He replied that they had forgotten my package and that it was underway now. He apologized profusely, even if he couldn't do anything about it. About a week later, Soundwave arrived. Really appreciated that extra effort, and I'm a loyal customer ever since.
I’ve bought several large large boxes from RTB and always well packed, shipping is reasonable and not terribly slow. I’m in Australia though, so not sure if that’s the feedback you’re after.
Yeah two weeks is a good average. In my experience DHL/UPS is a week from anywhere and you pay for the speed. EMS from most parts of Asia is about 2-3 weeks and from USA/Europe is 3-4 weeks.
I’m not affiliated with RTB but I’ve sent many packages from HK to US using e-express. It’s normally 7-14 days.
I’ve used them and got my toys in roughly 3 weeks, expensive shipping but at least you get hard to find toys
Ordered from RTB over a month ago and my package is still processing in Hong Kong. They’ll communicate with you but not give you any good information - at least in my limited experience. The inventory, though... it was too tempting to pass.
