Maybe.... a show accurate BW Ravage at some point?? Idk. I remember Rhinox having the scarier mutant face. 

 

If they can make new MP characters out of old Diaclone decos, Don't see why they couldn't do the same for say, Tigatron's unused orange deco.

 

That uses the Transmetal Cheetor body though so that'd be a new mold entirely.

the orange square blocking the bot and the green plastic shown just screams that it's going to be the prototype orange tigatron. No he's never been given a name. He was supposed to be tigertron. he was shown in toy shows and on some promotional materials for BWs, but it was changed rather last minute to make him a white tiger. The Orange Tigatron should have the same color mutant mask as the white one so I assume this guy will be orange. I wonder if they'll make a new character out of him.

It would be cool if they did decide to call him Stripes, they like their weird bios right? I bet they can tie him in to a Diaclone time traveller coming to check on the BW characters in the past or something like that

I can't think of any other character they could pick, but of course they could give him a new name. Would be kinda awesome for Stripes to have two different versions in the MP line as well, in both timelines.

 

We actually see an orange tiger in the episode Law of the Jungle, so bring on the Tigertron/Bengaltron redeco.

 

I remember Razorbeast on the shelf at my local walmart in 96 and freaking out about how 'transformers weren't animals'. but I bought that exact toy and went BANANAS (BW Prime pun) over them. I collected every single toy. I called my local Toys R Us asking if they had Black Ara China (yep... I couldn't pronounce the name) and Onyx Primal (not knowing that Botcon figures weren't in stores).

I'm a G1 guy for sure.. but BW might just be equal as far as interest and knowledge goes.

Well... this is interesting. I doesn't confirm a Tigatron repaint but it certainly increases the likelihood of one. As to who or what that would be.... erm... it's a odd one alright... I would have suggested Shadow Panther might have been a better choice for this mould than Cheetor, you know seeing as Cheetah's are not in the same genus as 'Panthers' and Tigers are. However that ship has sailed. Curious.

 

Yup not totally confirmed but pretty much. We haven't seen new parts that weren't later used, except the Artemis minifigure, which maybe was 3D printed, and Hound's toy-accurate gun, which can still be used with a future repaint. The Shadow Panther accessories, the Loud Pedal face, even the Delta Magnus faces which appeared in the MP Guidebook years before they were used... it's probably a question of when not if.

 

Year of the Tiger orange redeco, here we come.

 

I don’t own any BW MPs but I would buy that so hard.
