Awesome, you're getting the Target 6" version? I'm slightly jealous of that and still hoping that one day it'll show up on Target.com. Also yeah, gotta love Walmart and Target with their pre-orders.
Yeah I've been hawking out the site for an in stock notification, but alas...none are available in my area
I’m just loving this figure. After this, I’d love to see Hasbro tackle a Game of Thrones/medieval 1:18 scale line modeling on the VC articulation scheme.

Happened upon Hyper Real Vader at $40 from Hasbro on Ebay--half off seems pretty good. They had 9 left after I bought mine. Star Wars The Black Series Hyperreal Episode V The Empire Strikes Back | eBay
Yeah, I heard the Luke was so bad it tanked the line, but I'm excited to get the Vader as a one-off in the scale. At that price, I'll sell it on if I don't like it.
Yeah, so cheap of Hasbro not to include one. Now I need to hunt down another Hoth trooper. I also felt Hasbro should have reissued the Tauntauns - especially Luke’s. If I recall either his or Han’s ride had a broken task. I must admit that I’m tempted by the price. In my part of the world the line tanked with Vader. IMO the prices killed the line and the materials used. Some of parts were rubber - which will rot or deteriorate in my part of the world. If you think Luke sold poorly, I can’t imagine if it was Rey. The original plan (if I recall) was to have Rey but apparently she was dropped because the ST toys didn’t sell...some retailers I know still have complain of unsold ST figures. Unsurprisingly PT, OT and Mando toys are moving fairly well nowadays. IMO another factor why the hyper line failed is the timing. They were released SW merch wasn’t so hot...until the Mandalorian series started heating up.
Finally got Jar Jar in from Pulse. And while they do look cool, I do wish he hadn't come with any of those weapon accessories and just been a standard release instead. I just have zero desire whatsoever to pose Jar Jar with them. Yeah I know he used them but... Meh. A repainted generic soldier might've worked, but the warrior look's just not what I associate him with. But the figure itself? Surprised by how much I enjoy him. Oh and Moff Gideon is in too but I don't have any complaints about him lol.
Does anyone here mix vintage armybuilders with the more modern versions? I mix my lone Royal guard with the more recent versions.
Picked up Commander Cody and Thrawn at Walmart today. With that, I am done with this line (Archive) until the troop builder wave.
So, having a Kanan black series makes me really want his look from the final seasons, bearded, blind and all that. I won't hold my breath for an official, but did anyone every do a custom one?
