Those UPCs are a big help for the Targets that only have the old scanners. Some Targets have newer touch screen scanners and you can look up items by name like on their website and it will tell you how many are in the back and on hand. It doesn't have to be the exact figure so it goes off of assortment code. Like if you pull up Dinobot it will tell you the Kingdom Voyagers on hand.

 

How do you search by assortment code on the newer touchscreen kiosks?

Ironically they also made a unicron to celebrate, it’s like the precursor to SS86

 

Touch the screen and search by product name. For example search for "Studio series 86" and it should pull up most of them. Then if you click one it will tell you the number that store has on hand based on the assortment dcpi.

 

I do price searches on that every few months to see if I can pick one up cheap. I envision eventually having a small gang of Junkions where each one looks a little different from the rest.

 

It's voice activated. You just have to speak out loud onto the mic. Don't worry if people look at you funny, it's normal. It can even call on the associates to grab stuff from the back. This is all true... Make sure to try it.

I'm genuinely sorry for your frustrations...we all know how unreliable preorders have been this year. I cancelled a few for target here, but I did have a few come through.

YMMV, but as far as non-exclusives go, I think I've sworn off Target and Walmart for pre-orders.

 

I'm done with Walmart since last time I used them they shipped with "Lasership" who left my package in front of my house on the driveway near the street.

Not letting that happen again and risking my items being easily stolen.

 

Target just delayed my beast Megatron for the third time, don't have much faith it won't be randomly canceled like the Cyclonus and Primal in that same order

My Megatron and Cyclonus were canceled last week and my Primal was just delayed for the third time this morning.

This is why I preorder from multiple places now!

 

Had to approve Cyclonus delay for I think the 3rd time now. Figure I'm about halfway to cancellation time. Luckily a local friend has secured a backup for me via the local collectibles shop.

 

I managed to snag a Megatron in stores today. Have to take another shot at support discounting me after since I had $25 off the whole order of 2 voyagers and a leader.

 

You can open the one you got from store, return the online one with receipt of store when you received it?
