Honestly, scale and finish aside, he looks better than the Masterpiece, at this point. His hips and thighs aren't so narrow, and he doesn't have those giant hunched shoulders that the MP did. The MP really hasn't aged well.

Funnily enough, the proportions on the MP are one of the things I like best about the MP, and I think it's still totally viable for a CHUG collection.

If your hand is tight then loosening the screw will probably do next to nothing. I had to open mine completely, and use a knife to scrape away the paint off of the center of the wrist spool and use a file to remove the same from the flat parts of the spool. It's still very very tight, but doesn't feel like it will break anymore.

Grimlock looks really awesome. The only nit I have to pick is one I've had on any Grimlock inspired by G1 - why can't the dino toes fold back along the arm? It makes it hand to find weapons to fit in his hands. I may have to see if I can fix it on this guy, cause it's the only thing that bothers me even a little about him.

It's not really news per se, but I thought this was interesting, when I was messing around with the walmart app

How’d you find these? I typed in the same title in my app and still couldn’t find it. Do you have the sku?

No, no skus. I typed into Google walmart studio series 86, and it popped up under grimlock. I think it's a place holder for when they get the skus.

I just learned this week that using the app to save figures to my favorites, allows me to check if they are in stock at my local store instantly. I was able to pick up 3 figures this way 2 days ago.

You mean adding them to my List? Me too. Thanks for the trick, very clever of you to search Google instead of Walmart’s lame search engine.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up...don't suppose there's been any word on a Perceptor or Blitzwing?

I downloaded the Walmart app and I can't get this to work. I'm wondering if it's because I'm in Canada. The store websites and apps are never quite as good in Canada for some reason.

Thanks. I'd really like a good Blitzwing to go with Siege/Earthrise Astrotrain but I'll actually be mad if they don't make a Percerptor. Jazz got a fig and Perceptor had ten times the role in the movie as Jazz.
I'm thinking now is the time to make Blaster and his crew as well.

Yeah Perceptor is coming i am sure, likely 2022/2023 as a voyager. I have no insider info, just going based on the attempted scaling with WFC and that he has huge role in movie and season 2. Patience.....a virtue every collector has a minimal amount of lol. As for Blitzwing......doubtful he gets another redo unless they do a minor retool of the titans return version without the gimmick. Blaster....I am only surprised it is gonna take till 2022 to get it done. What i would like to see is the remaining mini-bots get the Huffer/Cliffjumper/Bumblebee/Pipes treatment as I really like how they have done them at the deluxe pricepoint but still at the smaller scale with better engineering and paint/acc. And.....SURESHOT AND POINTBLANK!!! Seriously Hasbro you have done every other 87 character so finish it already!

I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on Warpath. I'd like to see a new Brawn and Gears for sure. I'd even replace my Powerglide and Cosmos if they want to make better versions...but they weren't in the movie so kind of off topic.
