The blasters shown with current pictures are the default weapon. They can extend.

 

ya that's the same. mine just don't have paint when extended because test shot. plus I like Orion having a smaller gun but that's a personal preference

 

So Orion/Optimus has weapons that can transform from carbine to full length assault rifle. Seems pretty awesome to me!

If I am reading this right, I think ‘just’ the two heads are standard. The extra “pews” are the PSX exclusives.
