Argh. @ShowZStore I paid to upgrade shipping for my XTB trailer and accessory pack to the fast method, but the trailer shipped via the slow method anyway. Then I got notified that the accessory pack was shipped via the fast method, but it’s pretty useless to me without the trailer.  

I just contacted David through the site. I assume there is nothing you can do at this point?

I had been very vocal here about not liking my first experience with ShowZ shipping my order via eTower, so I wanted to report back after a few more orders. It seems that first one was a fluke, as subsequent orders arrived in record time. I think I'm a fan of this method and I take back all of my complaints  

On top of that, ShowZ was awesome enough to get me replacement windshield wipers for my TE-01 Prime, which broke off a YEAR AGO. I really can't say enough good about their customer service. @ShowZStore ROCKS.

 

Hey @ShowZStore , still no news about the release date of Fans Hobby MB-06 V2 reissue?

 

I see you have updated the listing for the NB KO of MP-47 to reflect that the release is now delayed? I am not criticizing, I just want to understand. I'm guessing since you opted to stock this so late that supply ran dry, and now you have to wait for a second batch to be released?

 

Very unhappy with the service from @ShowZStore currently. Paid for my eastern model Copy X model kit on Dec 28 2020, it came in stock shortly after. Other board members that paid after me have had theirs ship but nearly a month later mine is still "awaiting release" despite the fact that it shows in stock on the order page. Really not happy.

 

I ordered Gigapower Red Swoop and it shipped November 11. Hasn’t updated since November 13. It’s now January 19. Still waiting.

 

Uggh, so I got an order in from Show.Z today that was absolutely mangled. The styrofoam was caved in and at least one figure is in a pretty much destroyed box. Not sure if the figure is damaged or not as I haven't tried to extricate it yet.

 

Take photos and contact Show.Z. They've always been really good at wrapping these packages in styrofoam eggs so it must have either been a huge box or the postman really tried to destroy it. Either way, let Show.Z know and include photos of the package before you try to unwrap it even further to show the condition on arrival.

 

It turns out this was sent by CNE, not the slow shipping method. I was thrown off because the accessory pack was explicitly noted as being shipped via "EPacket" while the trailer order shipment is "Show.Z Large Package Method".

 

Yeah I took pictures of the crushed styrofoam and then pictures of the boxed figure. I have not opened the figure yet just in case it is broken, and sent pictures in via the contact option on the order.

 

A follow up if I may . . . separate figures over a period of time, or the complete boxed set?

That is a series of unfortunate events. I hope it's not too long before they get production back up and can produce more. At this point I'm worried this may not be available before CNY?

I contacted Fans Hobby this morning. They said you should MB-06 V2 them next week! They should release it end of this week!
