It would be really neat for Airwave to get a repaint as Metro (w/ new head), just for the crazy combinations you could get from him, Sixgun, & the upcoming Slammer.

Can anyone confirm if Takara have released their version of Scorponok yet (ER-10 is its designated number I think?). I'm trying to source pics of the packaging to see if its identical to its US counterpart. Likewise, looking to see if there's any difference between the US & JP toy itself, no matter how small and trivial.

Don't know about the packaging, but all differences between Hasbro and Takara versions of the same toy ceased a couple of years ago.

 

With G1 gun, not perfect, but I like the look of it with him.

Does anyone have Trailbreaker and Sunstreaker, and if so have they used Trailbreaker's gun as a gun hand on Sunny? Would be interested to see how that looks

 

If you're looking to do this for any time though I would advise shaving the side of his hand as that little bump is causing the plastic to bend slightly and over times you'll get stress marks!

Supposed to have a rifle, hand cannon, spoiler, and multiple configurations for how to store the spoiler in bot mode, if I'm reading his replies correctly.

Released Late November early December. It just has the extra JP font decals.

 

I'd forgotten that Sunstreaker's G1 toy had a larger, more elevated spoiler like that but looking back at it these actually look really good. I'll definitely be wanting this set as long as it looks good in robot mode too.

 

I'm extremely angered by Hasbros handling of Earthrise. My stores never got wave two. We just have peg warming hoists , and kingdom wave one. I hope that means their error will give us some ross finds.

 

That's your stores fault for not ordering, not Hasbros, wave 2 was also pretty decently available online

 

tl dw; it may be the Hasbro distribution person's fault in that they don't necessarily care where they ship what to and when. Product is product after all.
Figured this may be useful/interesting to some people.

 

found plenty of wave 2 all around Houston. not so much on wave 3. we had so many that we had $10 deluxes, $17 voyagers, and $25 leaders.

the manufacturers send them out to the retail warehouses. The retail warehouses/corporate distributes them to their brick and mortal stores.

its basically first come first serve at b&m stores.

 

It's almost like a massive global event happened that had large effects on manufacturing and distribution...
