G2 Sideswipe had different weapons, though, and the red with neon green accent details was far more striking and vibrant. That's not even getting into G2 comics Sideswipe. Hell, G2 Sideswipe got made into a Masterpiece. Where's Masterpiece Deep Cover? Clearly G2 Sideswipe is more interesting because he has more than one new figure.
To be honest, I like these Diaclone/G2 recolours/remolds. They look pretty cool and they give more variety to CHUG.
I do not mind these diaclone colors, they are nostalgic for me, but I also don't mind other continuity guys being brought into the g1 continuity too
Player 2 repaints are easy money, of course they did G2 Sideswipe. And they did do Clampdown, which is essentially the same situation but different character. Literally the conversation we'd be having if he was revealed first. I'm not your dad, you can stop trying to get attention from me now because it's not going to come.

Am I weird in head-canoning Diaclone, G2 and even Machine Wars into the same group? Sometimes I roll them as Wreckers too!!
