They are what I assume to be a knockoff of Tamashii flame effect parts, purchased from ebay. What is shown in the pics are just the tiny minor parts of the set, that you can stick on your figures, but the main parts are the bigger flame effect pieces.

They come in all colors of the rainbow.

Okay I just bought Megatron (along with SS86 Grimlock, Hot Rod, and Scourge) from CMD store. Should I cancel my Pulse preorder?

Stopped by Target yesterday morning, and managed to snag a Primal. Went again this morning and a lone Paleotrex remained. No idea when the other deluxes were stocked, or if they ever were. Happy with both though.

Mona another note, my Primal’s right shoulder swivel is a bit too loose for my liking. Any recommendations for tightening it up?

I found Cyclonus the other day, but finally got around to really fidgeting around with it.

Really nice figure overall. The surface details are slim compared to the earlier chapter releases, but it's clearly for blending together with Studio Series '86 bots. Well played Hasbro... well played.

Anyway, I see I'm not the only one who said it goes better with RtS Nightstick!!

Seems to be just a natural effect when combining old Paley with any of the Weaponizers.

I need to get a Brunt, that mold seems to combine really well with him.

    Now that you mention it....
Ironically, though, my RtS Nightstick was on my Henkei Cyclonus, (RtS Cyclonus decided he likes swords better nowadays. Lol)
I think I’ll have them trade Nightsticks now, after you’ve pointed this out.

While I’m at it, reeeeeally hoping for an IDW version of this Kingdom Cyclonus.
Or at least, looking forward to recolors.

I will genuinely be pleasantly surprised if there’s another figure coming that can beat this chap for quality this year.

Cyclonus taking care of Hot Rod business.

Cyclonus has all the right technical joints, but he poses more like a brickformer. Hypertilting (ok, just made that up) the ankles does help.

    1. Rotate the ankles all the way forward.
    cy1.jpg

    2. Now the ankle is able to tilt past his bell-bottoms.
    cy2.jpg

The ankle can then be moved in various directions. May need to bend knees and adjust upper body to get him to stay upright. However...

The inner bell-bottom side will actually touch the floor now. To compensate, you actually need to tilt the ankle a little more so that the outer side of the foot touches the floor.
