Well... I'd been struggling to find some feathery friends at that scale, for some time. So, in order to achieve that level of G1 nostalgia for the pic, I ended up Photoshop'n those little bastards in!

    Sorry to disappoint :(

I bought miniature birds from Amazon and repainted them. I also cut pieces of ball point pen tubing and glued them to some of the birds so he can hold them easily.

Finally got around to opening Beachcomber and of course, typical FT, he's perfect.

1 of my S2 shelves, man we need some better tapes by FT or MMC and an updated Hoist.

I just picked Dunerunner up on eBay for $140 from a US seller, is that good?

I broke Dunerinner and the hand of Scoria, but my Hoodlum came missing some lights. FT sent the spare parts. The biceps of my Tesla arrived broken, so I had to print the part as FT did not have the part anymore.

    Hi, how unfortunate.

I hammered from the the outside and up to down, exactly as it shows in the last picture.

    Seeing the tools you have.
    I just ordered a set.
Prepared for the future pin removals.

I just transformed Beachcomber into Dunebuggy mode for the first time. Its a really great figure and I'm glad I have it, but its not without its flaws.
The solid silver plate attachment wont stay tabbed in correctly. However it's still the best Beachcomber on the market. I think Arcose takes the win in buggy mode and Dunerunner takes the Bot mode.

Hey was deciding between this guy n seaspray. How do majority feel about him n any common issues with him such as paint chipping or breakage? Cheers

I think that I remember reading that the front wheelshafts are breakable. This is FTs best minibot so far, but seaspray hasn't hit the US yet. Seaspray isn't sold out anywhere. He should be available for months.
