Count me among the ones who received their Walmart pre-order. Shipped in a padded envelope, but surprisingly the card and bubble are pristine. No pin included, but I have another one arriving tomorrow that I ordered as a backup. I also just checked my account and my TVC Incinerator Trooper finally shipped today!
Speaking of Walmart. They shipped out my Holiday trooper. Without telling me I should get it Sunday if all goes well.
Wow, I asked the lady when she said she would process a refund but said I would have to return it. Now that I think about it this is sort of funny. OCProwl got 25% refunded, I got $5 and now you got a full refund. Wonder what the next person is going to say.
I just got 10% back, but first he said full refund and I was stoked, then he said that I'd have to return it. So then I said I wanted to keep them and he could do 10%. I ordered two so I said each pin would be more than that, but he said that's all he could do.
It freaked me out when I tried popping the helmet off and it had the barbell joint with it...turns out the unmasked head has a barbell too so that's what it is supposed to do... Baby Yoda is teeny tiny! amazing they even bothered to put articulation on this little guy... I didn't get any pins with the order I specifically placed during the promotion (2 figures, 0 pins)...they offered me $5 refund for lack of pins... turns out all my previous hedge orders were filled too, so I am going to end up with like six of these total (five in, one on the way)...guess I can gift them as birthday or holiday presents... I noticed the incinerator trooper price has finally dropped back to $13...no consolation as they are not in stock and one of mine got cancelled already...maybe I should have place more orders for this one too... the holiday snowtrooper order I placed got filled, and my previous ones are still locked in 'delay' mode but I am loathe to cancel in case I get another jar of ointment instead of a figure again...

Argh... All you guys in the States with either the TVC or the 6 inch versions of Din and Grogu set are lucky. Up here in Canada, you may get one or none at all (scalped and cleared out just when you get to the actual store).
Well I decided to do the customer service chat again and I barely had to complain this time, they offered a full refund and said keep the figure.
Full refund. Mic drop. Thank you collector gods for smiling upon me this time! We will see how my other deliveries shape up regarding the pin. This is an amazing figure though. I don’t even care to have the Black Series version. The VC Mandos have been better than the BS versions anyways IMO.
