I need to get some nice flowing fabric. I have a Batman figure from those Batman/TMNT sets Gamestop used to sell...his cape is made of some real nice stuff. It’s thin but kind of dense, so, it’s flexible and drapes really well. It’s also a little stretchy; kind of like spandex. I started working on a paper template to use as a pattern. It’s mostly going to look like Palpatine’s...but with some kind of evil Gungan motif of some sort.
There's also this one that I thought was pretty gruesome for a mainline release. I bought three or four of them just for the novelty of owning multiple crispy Anakins. I would actually love a Black Series deluxe set that combined both of those releases. If it had swappable limbs, removable armor, the table, and maybe a medical droid, I wouldn't think twice about dropping $60 for the set and probably buying multiples!
Nice! I agree that Jar Jar deserves a unique get-up. I wish I were a more experienced tailor, though.

I love these figures. I went crazy with the ROTS line. Also enjoy any of the concept art figures. This Anakin is probably my favorite of my 3 and 3/4 figures I own.
Haha, I've been rocking the crispy Anakin head in my avatar since that figure came out. Rebuild Darth Vader was such a good toy that totally set my expectations up for failure for seeing the actual scene in the film later on, too.
I would love to see the RotS Anakin concept done in Black Series along with any of McQuarrie's stuff. The only concept version they've done in Black Series so far was Boba Fett and that was a letdown since they cheaped out and made it a straight repaint leaving out all the unique tooling that made the 3 3/4" version pop. Shame.

Yeah, of course. They're in a box together, so if people are finding Lukes and Hans, that means Codys were there. He's just being snatched up much faster. You've got him secured on BBTS. I'd just keep that; why risk never finding him in stores?

Well, that’s what I was curious about...all the posts I’ve seen mention the other characters. Wasn’t sure if they were released as sets (Luke and Han), (Cody and Thrawn). BBTS was always going to be just my backup if I couldn’t find in store. Not to mention saving $4 shipping as well. Not sure what they’re going for at Target, BBTS is $22.99, so there’s that. Also, I wouldn’t cancel until it’s found .
If you have your order cancel by walmart early this week. Contact CS and tell them you want a price adjustment based on the cancel order.
Haha ok fair, should've figured that'd be the case, but for some reason I read your post initially as you were about to do it backwards and cancel then go hunting instead. Dunno why I thought that... $4 shipping isn't too bad to me (but then Cody was the last I was waiting for to ship a big pile of loot, if he's all you got then I do get it). I think $22.99 is the new MSRP though so Target probably has them at that price but can't say for sure since I haven't gone out looking..
