If we are talking the 1/60 YF-21 and there is no other catch, go for the Arcadia and then refer me to the Yamato seller please. :D

I know right. I rarely see the YF-21 under $300 itself and if it is under $300 it usually has damage.

Real shame Arcadia never took a stab @ the 21. Hopefully Bandai announces the PO for their 21 this year and I can start my Ramen diet again lol

So consensus is the Yamato is the better deal?

Yeah but the Arcadia is not a bad deal either. You could also factor in the possibility of a DX 21 coming in the near future. Not that that would negate the Yamato 21 but it’s worth noting.

If it is this version of the 21 then yes.

If these are 1/60, barely used and $125 is the price for BOTH, that’s a steal, as you’re seemingly getting 1 for free at that price.

In theory Yes it's a better deal bc you're getting 2 figures for $125 but I believe the Yammie 19 is a floppy mess and the 21 from what I've heard from ppl here/reviews,it's not fun to handle and the Delimiter mode is a pain in the ass.

I could've got the Yammie 21/22 for a fair price a few times but I had a feeling I was gonna be disappointed and passed on it and that's my favorite Valk.

What’s the condition on this one? $200 is a good price if complete and barely used.

    Brand new.

Just double checked with my friend, the YF21 has nothing wrong with it.

WOW. The Arcadia one is complete with all the armor and missles?

Both deals remind me of mandarake prices BEFORE Yamato went out of business(but even better prices on the Yamato YF-19/YF-21 set).

I think this will boil down to if you prefer the YF-19 over the YF-21. If you prefer the YF-19, get that $200 Arcadia.

Honestly...if your friend is willing to deal...if he could let you get the Arcadia YF-19 for $200 and get the YF-21 separately for $62.50.... that would be a hell of a deal/steal.

Oh, sorry, what I meant was he's selling the Yamato YF19 and YF21 together. The Arcadia is from a local shop.

Think I'm going to go with the Yamato Valks. Might as well get two for less than one.

For $150 USD for both the Yammie 1/60 YF-19 and the YF-21 is a steal. ;)

Still curious of the box cover picture as it will determine which version of the 19 and 21 you got.

Ok, so after speaking with my friend some more, seems there was a miscommunication. The Yamato YF19 is the 1/60, comes in the box with the silver, red and blue stripes on the front, but the YF21 is apparently the 1/72.

I've never cared for the look of the YF21, so I'm not that bothered about getting it or not. And after watching reviews of the YF19, it looks like a floppy mess, whereas the Arcadia YF19 can at least hold together, aside from loose ankles. So yeah... Back to not sure which to get.

Get the Arcadia. It’s an excellent figure, long as you’ve got some joint tightener for the ankles.

Get the Arcadia if that’s the case.

1/72 YF-21 was designed before they got a sculptor onboard who was familiar with aircraft, hence why it doesn’t look as sleek as later Yamato valkyries. Plus the 1st one(that doesn’t come with Fast Packs) was prone to breaking at the brace/hinges over time.
