When it ships, it gets flown to the U.S. overnight to Ohio and DHL will get it to you in ~2 days.

What he said. You need a separate Amazon Japan account, but it is easy to set up. Do note there is a language toggle at the top near the product search bar in case you didn’t see it.

The first time you order directly from Amazon Japan, you are going to be amazed at the quality of packing and how fast it ships. Good luck if you pull the trigger.

I'll second the Amazon Japan love - I ordered the TG-16 Mini from there earlier this year, and I was shocked at A. how easy it was to make an account as an American, and B. how friggin fast it got to me, even coming from overseas. Deffo worth a try, especially if the item is "fulfilled by Amazon".

 

Ordered 2 scrapfaces for xmas off amazon jp, one was the beat packaging i've ever seen, the other was squashed flat in a mailer.

The delivery wasnt quite "the next day" but definately less than 4 days.

 

Was it one of those "order ships within 1-2 days" things? I got ER Smokescreen like that a few weeks ago; he wasn't on Prime but I ordered him Monday night and he was there by Friday. Nice to know even the non-Prime orders are that reliable.

 

had similar issue, it was from a 3rd party vendor. Got 2 for 2521 yen each, but hey, no sales tax with 3p either. Also AJ shipped my DX Voltes V in the bandai shipper it came in. Just slapped a label on it. They are better than US amazon with a lot of stuff, but not as consistent as I would like.

It should automatically update in a bit. I remember Sunstreaker being down to $17 a few months back and it took a while for it to update.
