I had a similar issue at first I had to gently squeeze them together with a pair of needle-nose pliers.

 

I just tried that and it didn't work for me. Grrr.

Are you using 1 or 2 of the ag1 batteries?

LR621 and LR521 will both work with the Leafage head, just for everyone to know.

 

He finally arrived. Had to fix an assembly error on the blue abdomen pieces, but aside from that it was in near-mint condition. Still had the plastic sheet covering the chest windows.

I also put a bit of silicone oil in the door hinges to loosen them up a bit. Hopefully it should help prevent breakage.

 

Are the head and chest upgrades still available anywhere? I've been a bit out of the loop but a figure this close to perfect deserves to be taken all the way there.

Anyone happen to have a pic of Aoyi Mech Jetfire next to BA Prime?

 

Ive got the leafage v2 head along with a movie 1 and dotm chest upgrades on the way!
Just wondering if anyone knows if prime is still able to transform with the new head?

OK so I modded the DOTM ab piece cause I didn't like how much it stuck out. This thing really should have been one large piece instead of 3 separate pieces, because sometimes one will move and knock another out of place, which is really annoying. This set is mostly for display only, not to mention the fragility due to being 3D printed. Also, when using a dremel on these pieces it literally turns to white powder and flies everywhere, so wear goggles and maybe even a mask if you plan to mod these. I think the result looks better and more trim like in the movie! What do you guys think?

Ooh? Is that the SS 52 Arcee Triplets or the BMB/Aoyi LS-19? I’ve been curious how they scale with BA, MPM, other LS, etc. Debating expanding my TFTM collection into RotF and DotM and seeing AA Firage Dino and BMB/Aoyi Jetfire is causing me to consider it.

 

That's the Studio Series set, the kibble on the Aoyi set ends up in different places.
