    Hey, stupid question...

I was all in on the XTB G2 set but am having serious thoughts about switching to DX9s...with all of the news about DX9 lately...are we still getting a G2 Capone/Menasor from them?

I'm betting they will come out because while they may not be making any new bots, thanks to the designers leaving, they are re-issuing a lot lately and i don't see them stopping anytime soon. So i find no reason why the G2 colors won't finish. Maybe i'm wrong but i wouldn't be buying the G2's if i thought they wouldn't finish.

I'm not sure that would solve Wildrider's problem. At the back end of the car is a hole that plugs into a tab on the back of menasor's knee. The problem is, that part of the knee is the part that slides down into the shin for transformation, and that slider doesn't securely lock in place. It's held securely enough for the combined mode to function, but it has enough wiggle room that wildrider ends up taking some of the weight of the combined form's upper thigh and torso, and that's what makes that connection let go.

Someone mentioned risk of nose chipping if you turn the head around. I don't have him in hand yet. I am guessing that is not the case for your figure?

I have tried it once and did not chip the nose, but maybe it was luck, next time might scratch the paint off...hopefully not

Nice idea, but I seem to always pick the "expressive face" over the "stoic face" for my display. The 'bots just seem a little more lively when they have a smile or a shout. Just the plain "bored" expression isn't as much fun for me.

Well, that's what I like to see! If Menasor is swinging that big sword at me I like to see a little emotion behind it!!!:throw

I've bookmarked the e-Bay listing. I'll check back to see if any more faces show up. (Still need BBTS to finally stock their Capone re-order before I can do anything).

    Awesome. Looking forward to it.
Will you also do a smiling/smirking/sinister face?

I saw you had this posted yesterday as I remembered you had a pic of this face a few pages back and figured I'd try my luck. I was happy to see it but the shipping alone to the US is a bit of a hinderance. I like it tho!
