There was one Runabout at the Troy Target when I was there yesterday, so you might still be able to find one with a little searching I think.
Hey guys, is it still possible to find Runamuck? Did he ever show up in stores? With the way 2020 was, I didn’t do as much store checking but I didn’t think he’d be all that hard to find a few months after release. I’m just wondering if I completely missed the boat on him. No idea...I saw eight at one store before the stupid street date so I couldn't buy any. Haven't seen a single one since.
I don't think I've seen anything from that wave. No sunstreaker, no trailbreaker and definitely no runamuck. It's probably just the poor distribution. I got mine all from BBTS, and they are still doing a bundle for all 4 figures (including fasttrack) on their website.
Thrust arrived today from target online and Astrotrain also arrived from Amazon...oddly, he comes in a Siege box; I expected an Earthrise one since they were more recent and more common. Yesterday Grapple and Hoist showed up...I guess Bots and Cons can't arrive on the same day or something lol. Made a quick run into Walmart yesterday and checked the toy aisle, as you do lol, and they still had lots of holes.
Saw these at the Target on Michigan Ave in Canton today. Not sure of the price but if you're interested in them, they are on the lower shelf.
Wave 3 didn’t see widespread distribution in b&m stores for Target and Walmart, including Michigan. Target skipped to Kingdom (Walmart will likely do the same). However, Meijer stores here do carry wave 3, so you can look there or call. Big Ben has wave 3 but at a premium.
Went around a few Targets and saw these Zoteki G1 figures at the Dearborn location. It was the whole set with the exception of the chase missing. I couldn't find a price. I only left them because I didn't feel like I needed them. You can build a display connecting them together into a battlefield fight scene. I didn't come across any 86 or Kingdom, but their were a ton of Bumblebee/ Spike and Gold Bumblebees at both Dearborn and Allen Park.
I saw my first Trailbreaker at one of the Ann Arbor Meijers last week, but don't think I've seen any of the other Wave 3 deluxes in store at all. I think there's a chance we might start to see more of them in Meijer since they were lagging so far behind. Edit (1/9/21): Belleville Walmart still has 3 Snapdragons at 17$, they’ve moved to the clearance aisle though. Action figure aisles in Belleville and Canton are still barren.
So has anyone had any luck finding the SS86 Deluxes around SE MI? Kup, Jazz, and Cyclonus are the last retail figures I need at the moment and I would like to find them ASAP.
Yeah, Walmarts started to discount ER Voyagers only to $17 to clear the Snapdragon and Grapple infestations. Cyclonus is not a Deluxe. Haven't seen the SS86 Deluxes locally yet, although not actively looking for them. Seen just the Voyagers so far. I know there was the California sightings right before New Year's. There's always the resellers on eBay.
I was really hoping to nab Starscream when I saw clearance was up but it seems like they vanished immediately. He was the second most common behind Snapdragon in this area leading up to it. Since everything was so wiped out last weekend I was really hoping to find the Retro Headmasters today but no dice on that either.
Dunno when Walmart started carrying Kingdom but saw at Troy store today: Just saw Paleotrex and Black Arachnia. Also there’s a lone Netflix BB.
Great they got some new stuff in, but those empty pegs are all I've seen at any Walmart for the last three months, at least; embarrassing for the 'world's biggest retailer'...
