Has anyone here bought the trailer from TFS-Express without accessories? If so, tell us when you get the invoice. Of you paid in full, check your order status and tell us when it updates from the pink box saying 'preorder paid'. It goes yellow, fyi...

Those who ordered both, it won't change until the accessories arrive anyway.

I'll check mine at weekend, but I'm not shipping it immediately. I want Locke and/Spindrift to ship with it. Cheapskate on the postage, me!

 

My ultimate goal is to complete a full Youth set, but in the meantime I'm completing the Standard set. I'm never 100% confident any of these 3rd Party combiner projects will get completed in a reasonable amount of time, if it all, so I always lean towards completing the first set available so I have at least one version of the desired character. I'll gradually complete the Youth set as they come, and once that's complete, I'll sell the completed Standard set.

 

Tempted to use the Youth versions for combined mode. Will defos be getting my Toon set for robot mode

If someone does car shells I'm totally getting the toy trailer alone for a standalone toy Menasor in my study.

 

Dead End is more different than I expected, but livable. Drag Strip isn't too bad.

 

Bear in mind the lighting isn't fantastic in my home theatre so it's not gonna look exact on a monitor but, yeah, you get the idea. Dead End(s) aren't very close.

 

I apologize if I missed this at some point but did the G2 version of Gravestone ever have a release date? Reading through the thread I can tell it’s unclear whether or not it’s even coming at this point, but I couldn’t find anything that mentioned them saying it would be released in any particular window.

I just bought the G2 limb bots because they look like trapper keepers as cars in a way that really does it for me. I actually would be fine with regular Gravestone to complete the set but I will definitely get the G2 if it does ever come out.

 

There's no confirmed release date for the G2 or youth/toy versions yet, but it's safe to assume they're on the way. XTB is just now wrapping up their toon set, so these will probably be planned for the near future.

Quick question, did Breakdown have any widespread issues during his first release? Wondering if I should either wait for the reissue or just go for what's left at BBTS.

 

I don't remember any particular issues with Breakdown. He's the one I've transformed the most (by nature of owning him the longest), and I've yet to notice anything amiss.

 

There's a weird tolerance issue on his left leg that a panel doesn't sit totally flush. It's more of an OCD niggle though and I think it is on most copies. Only other thing reported multiple times is the clear plastic headlights falling out but they are easy to just glue back in. Crackup probably has the least serious issues of the XTB Stunticons.

 

Yeah man he's my 2nd fav right after Overheat. Somehow the transformation feels very Takara-ish..  

 

I'd say go for it. I have 2 copies that have no QC issues.

 

tfs express says its in stock, bit I am assuming they are waiting for the add on kit before shipping out to us?

That would be my recommendation as well.   Only batting 50% with that one. Sucks to tho, as the transformation with the arms is really awesome, and it's a great figure otherwise.
