Wow they really blew it with the colors on this one. Everything in Prime looked like a professional car paintjob, these should be shiny metallics and glossy. Also, pink.

Transformers R.E.D. Arcee is a beautiful action figure. It's a shame that it doesn't transform. Maybe in a Studio Series Prime sub-line in the some time in the near future? Hopefully.

    1 - I agree, Non-transforming Transformers don't appeal to me either.
2 - I could be forgetting something but I don't recall Prime getting a theatrical release & that's what Studio series is about. the G1 figures, only the ones represented in Transformers: The Movie are available.

I guess it could happen. Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising is regarded as an animated film, so that would work in the Studio Series line.

*sigh* Damn I hate that I missed out on so many Prime figures...

That R.E.D. version.. looks fine, but not into non-transforming rubber-like Transformers.

OP, Megs and Soundwave were disappointing.

    Cheetor is "ehh."

But Prime Arcee? That's BEAUTIFUL. I'm getting that, I think. I'd like to see comparisons with the mainline Prime Arcee though (the comps in this set are with the First Edition which was -- unlike all the other first editions -- LESS show accurate)

If it gets us a version of Airachnid, Knockout, and Smokescreen that arent terrible I'm down. Im curious if that were the case would they throw in extras to bulk up the line.

I'd love to see more Prime characters in this line. Arcee is a smart choice for this format, but there are other characters that have designs I like much more.
I hope this line goes on for a long long time so we can get into some more deep cut character choices. Every new line wants to get out their heavy hitters like Megatron and Optimus but those are usually the ones I have the least interest in.

Because this one looks so much more accurate than either of the transforming ones.

That is subjective. For me, it doesn't.

Wish it was transformable and accurate size. :(  It would be awesome, but it may take sometime for it to become a reality.

    It's literally not subjective lol

RED Arcee is 99% the same as the show model, only differences are some minor paint apps

It would be cool if they would re-paint & re-tool this into Solus Prime, one of the original primes.
